The perfect place to create the ultimate beach getaway with your family and friends. The home is luxurious with state of the art amenities, comfortably sleeps 10, has impeccable water views from the rooftop decks, and has a beautiful private pool w/ a spa. You’ll love the location, as your a short 2 minute walk to Lido Beach, 5 minute walk to St. Armands Circle, near bike rental shops, and nature parks. St. Armands Circle is well known for gourmet restaurants, upscale boutiques, galleries, bistros, and dessert shops.
There are no pets allowed in this home.
This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the pool equipment only.
PARKING: Maximum 4 cars in the driveway; Do Not Block the Sidewalk and Temporary Street Parking ONLY (1-hour) - strictly enforced by the City of Sarasota.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Summary: What a great vacation house! The best one we have ever rented. The pool and rooftop deck are just INCREDIBLY beautiful and well -suited for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sun. We had a mix of family and friends all staying and plenty of space to gather and hang out together, but also tons of room to ourselves, with every bedroom having its own bathroom. Perfection. Close to the beach, close to St. Armand's, and the restaurants and shops. Book this house! We loved our stay!
