Old Town refuge barely a block from world famous Duval Street with glimpse of Key West Light House! Located in the Historic District, but built in 2000 and totally remodeled in 2017. Walking distance to many of the Old Town Key West attractions. Main house is two stories with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a living room and features 2 flat screen HDTV's with premium cable. Fast, reliable internet is also included for those of you that need to do some work while staying in paradise. Upstairs bedroom has high ceilings and double doors leading out to your own private balcony with views of the pool, courtyard & cottage below. Kitchen / Living Room have double doors that open to the courtyard and pool and also a single door to the covered patio, outdoor dining area and cottage. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a memory foam mattress. The cottage affords you another bedroom with a wet bar, another bath & high ceilings. Queen sized plush mattress is in the Murphy Bed that when up, can function as an additional family room and when down the bedroom. The cottage features brand new full sized Samsung washer and dryer and also has its own brand new central a/c. This home also has a new top of the line kitchen with wood cabinets, full sized stainless steel appliances, marble counters, and plenty of storage. Both bathrooms are updated with glass inlays, porcelain tile and new vanities. The brick driveway (off street parking) provides plenty of room for parking your car, golf cart and kayak. There is even an additional spot in front of the house. Come see the designer coastal touches throughout. Location, spacious fenced yard, off street parking, detached cottage for your guests, private pool, this is island living at its best! All windows and doors are impact (the home is very quiet). The pool and patio were recently renovated to add additional luxury and comfort for your stay. The outdoor overhang has 3 fans to give you that nice island breeze!

Summary: The property had everything we needed, two nice rooms, two bathrooms, pool. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The property is well situated in Old Town and everything is within biking and walking distance. Todd was a great host and I would stay here again.

Summary: My wife and I visit Key West 2 – 3 times per year but have never stayed for more than a week at a time. While planning our recent trip, we decided we were going to stay for a month since our jobs afford us the opportunity to work remotely. When we were looking for a place to stay, we weren’t looking for a large place, but knew we needed someplace that provided enough room to allow each of us to work comfortably in a separate area. This house provided just that. We knew from looking at the pictures and reading past reviews that this house would give us what we needed. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. And you are getting a really great place! The house was very clean and comfortable and provided all the amenities of home. Our adult kids came for a few days to spend some time with us, and the separate cottage was perfect for them to have their own space. The courtyard and plunge pool were perfect for us to hang out, relax and enjoy each other’s company. When not working or out and about, we spent most of our days in the courtyard. The home is located within prefect walking distance of most Key West activities and attractions. Finally, I want to mention how great of a host Todd is. Communication with Todd was great as he routinely checked in to see how things were going with our stay. We truly appreciated how responsive and friendly Todd was. We highly recommend this place! Thank you, Todd! We’re hoping to go back next year and do it all over again!

Summary: The house was every bit as perfect as the pictures. Todd is a great host. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. All necessities needed for our stay were available for our use and so much more than we expected. We loved the courtyard, plunge pool and separate quarters for guests. The location was close enough to all the activity, but not in the middle of it. We enjoyed Ft. Zachary beach, bike riding and easy walks to restaurants and bars. Thank you Todd! We had a wonderful stay!!

Summary: Todd was very communicative- the house was well stocked with vacation essentials like beach cruisers, towels, sundries, even welcome bottles so we could settle right in. The house has the perfect set-up for two friends or, in our case, siblings- basically two vacation spaces with a shared kitchen and outdoor area, but completely separate and private bedrooms. We had a great Key West vacation!

Summary: This home was modern, stylish, impeccably clean and comfortable. The patio area with the small but surprisingly enjoyable “cocktail” pool was a nice bonus. Location was as good as it gets. Communication with host was the best I’ve ever experienced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
