Kick back and relax in this gorgeous, updated, modern and dog friendly lakefront home in the Sylvan Beach area with spectacular views of the famous Oneida Lake sunsets! This home on a double lot features cathedral ceilings, 3 fireplaces, a large deck, large yard, pergola, a dock, and a huge outdoor 7 person hot tub with 57 jets overlooking the beautiful lake! So come take out the kayaks (we have 3) and paddle your way to Sylvan Beach, go for a morning paddle-board ride as the sun rises, grab a drink and relax in the Jacuzzi, go for a swim to the sandbar directly behind the house, sunbath on our comfortable sun loungers, bring your jet ski and/or boat and make some waves (we have a dock!) grill some hotdogs & hamburgers, roast some marshmallows, have a corn hole tournament, play some kan jam, watch the gorgeous sunsets, and enjoy a fire in our custom made fire pit with an unlimited firewood supply, or hang out in our new game room, featuring a ping pong table, Pac-Man arcade game, basketball, foosball, dartboard, skee ball, and a poker card table! Our home is less than a 2 mile drive to the Sylvan Beach area, featuring a retro-fun amusement park with bumper boats, a carousel, an arcade, etc multiple restaurants, ice cream parlors, a casino, and a sandy beach! Summary: This Lake House had everything one looking for a relaxing week on the lake is looking for. The home was clean, modern, with plenty to do whether kayaking, game room and pet friendly. Great Hosts and well maintained property. Will definitely look at this place again if and when vacationing in area.

Summary: First of all Kim and Joseph were the best host that we ever had in all are VRBO experiences . They answered all my questions and concerns immediately and even prayed for my husband in our time of need. They are honest, kind, and sweethearts. You can tell they are angels from heaven. The Lake House was amazing so gorgeous and we had fun with all my family members that lived around the region. The house is like the pictures exactly and the view is to die for both during the daytime and evening. The kids had a ball in the game room. All in all the host, the place, the area was more then we expected. 5 star all the way.

Summary: We loved our stay on Oneida lake. Kim really made us feel welcome. This property has so much to offer. A huge outdoor space to enjoy the lakefront access. And ample activities if there was a rainy day. It was truly an oasis and we cannot wait to book again for next summer!

Summary: What a wonderful week we had at the beautiful lake home of Kim and Joseph! The house and property is absolutely gorgeous and so beautifully furnished, and the hospitality was outstanding! Kim thought of everything! Communication was excellent, I received a response within minutes. The newly completed game room and the theater room was a hit with the kids! So many extras were provided…all the coffee you could want, an ample supply of linens and beach towels, body wash and shampoo dispenser, 3 kayaks, a paddle board, a s’more kit, ample firewood to name a few. Highly recommend!!

Summary: We have used VRBO for MANY home rentals in numerous states. This home was even better than the pictures shown, was in fantastic condition, had absolutely everything you need with great notes throughout the home explaining where things were and how to use them. Our grandkids cried when we left, because they had such a great time in the lake on the kayaks and paddle board and the unbelievable game room.And Kim, the owner was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST owner we have ever rented from. Responding to questions in most cases almost immediately. We are most likely going to return in the fall. We would highly recommend this home to everyone who enjoys clean, updated decor with a fantastic view of Oneida Lake.

Summary: This is an absolutely stunning house! The location is just gorgeous. Kim and Joseph were wonderful to work with! They allowed us to have a gathering for our graduate and the weather and location were perfect! Our guests just raved about the setting. The house was well stocked with things to help prepare for our party. Kim even ordered foil pans and fuel for the buffet servers that were there to use. Such a thoughtful gesture to help make our party a success! I found the house to be exceptionally clean and contained supplies for all our needs. Washing machine and dryer, towels for hot tub, plenty of blankets to snuggle up in. Kim communicated with me several times when I had questions about seating and tables for the party. There was plenty of seating areas which was wonderful. Having these things available made our trip from Georgia for the week much easier to pack for! There was a game room added for this season and let me tell you, it was a wonderful hit! Lots of darts, skeeball, and basketball competitions over the course of our stay. The Pac-Man arcade game kept me up a couple of nights. Took me back to wonderful days of hanging at the mall and the arcade! Our graduate and several of her friends used the kayaks. The fire dome was a huge hit and there were smore all around a couple of nights. The hot tub was the cherry on the sundae! The upstairs movie room was pretty great too! We also saw lots of geese with goslings, and beautiful sunsets across the lake. This was a magical weekend for our grad and having this house as a base made it even easier. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed being able to relax and hang out after all the stress of a final semester in college. We were able to avoid crowded restaurants and the Syracuse traffic. We just adjusted our travel time for the events we attended. This was the best decision to rent this location. We would do this again, 10 out of 10!

Summary: Kim was the best. She made sure I was able to give my now fiancé the best surprise birthday party and surprise engagement proposal. The accommodation from setting up the decorations in the backyard was extremely helpful. Also allowing a private chef to arrive before check-in to properly cook was great. Decor inside the home was perfect. Definitely recommend this host and I would love to bring my family back here! Let’s not forget the backyard with a great view of Oneida lake!

Summary: We had not seen our family in 3 years due to Covid and travel restrictions. This was the perfect place to celebrate being together again. We spent most of our time outside, it is such a beautiful location. Every evening was spent outside watching the sunset, playing family games and sitting by the fire. Kim and Joe were so hospitable, a wonderful welcome basket, and many daily supplies left for our use. They even got us more firewood since we burned through so much. Thank you both for being so responsive to our needs, I hope we have the chance to come back again!
