This luxurious modern elegant Oceanside home is located steps from a beautiful wide white sandy beach and soothing Atlantic ocean. Walk to the beach which is only 200 feet from the house. No streets to cross! Enjoy the ocean and bay views from the huge deck off rear of master suite accessible from inside or outside. It is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing or entertaining. Sunsets are a must see!
Harvey cedar downtown is two mile away. It has Neptune market -a small grocery store that also provides breakfast and lunch
There is Plantation restaurant and Bar, Black eyed Susans (seasonal american restaurant), Icecream parlour and shellfish co. and pizza shack.
The house is located in Harvey Cedars on LBI's exclusive north end, the home is in residential area of single family homes and conveniently close to local marina (only one mile away) and across the street from Sunset Park(children's playground, tennis and football courts and concerts)
Non smoking home/ No pets.
Minimum age of primary renter -25
Children welcome.
We allow families only.
In 2018 we have renovated completely our kitchen with stainless steel range, microwave oven and refrigerator.
Bathroom has been totally renovated with new plumbing fixtures.
Living area is newly painted
Non reverse living contemporary featuring all living space on the first floor except the huge master suite. The master suite has new 40' LCD HD TV and office desk with computer, printer and copier. It also has reading nook. It has private deck with ocean view. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. all of them have reading nook. One has queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds and third bedroom has twin bed with trundle.
The house has open lay out with fully equipped kitchen. It is decorated with contemporary furnishings and new hardwood flooring and new carpets
Enjoy all the conveniences of home including central air conditioning, Wi Fi, cable. Kitchen has an island for more counter space . It has four bar stools for dining. Dining table can seat eight people. Living area has new smart TV. Additionally there are TVs in master bedroom and in one guest bedroom. Living and dining area opens into covered deck for outdoor dining experience. Upstairs there is large masterbedroom suite with deck facing ocean. There is large deck with bay views to enjoy the sunset.
Enjoy large outside shower with separate dressing area to clean off those sandy feet after a perfect beach day. There are six beach badges and two senior badges are included in the rental. Truly one of a kind of a house! We are located 3.5 miles north of causeway and across from Sunset Park.
There are beach toys and surfing boards in the shed in addition to beach chaises and chairs and beach umbrella and a beach cart to carry beach chairs.

Summary: Pros: Great proximity to beach and bay, very quiet street, open floor plan of kitchen/ living room/ dining room great for family to spend time together, upper back deck large with great furniture, master bedroom and bathroom very nice, outdoor shower best of any LBI house we have stayed in past 7 years, tons of space under house and locked storage room, good hoses/ nozzles under house to rinse off after beach, owner was easy to access and responsive to any problems, air conditioning worked very well Cons: grill below average which we find typical of LBI houses we have rented (too small, uneven burner heat, not cleaned by previous tenant), no umbrella on upper back deck so very hot when sunny, spotlight on back deck too bright when sitting out at night (no other light source to use), the house was clean but stove top dirty and certain items in kitchen drawers not 100% clean (which unfortunately seems to be typical of LBI rentals), refigerator/ freezer took a long time to get cold when we arrived and temperature fluctuated throughout the day (20 degrees frig, 10 degrees freezer) Despite the cons, we would rent this house again because the pros outweighed the cons in our minds

Summary: My whole family stayed for a week. It was near the beach, playground, and shops and restaurants. There was an issue with the toilet but the owner promptly had it fixed, which was much appreciated. Kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated. Living room, dining room, and bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 children. Lots of outdoor space on the decks. Only bad thing was having to come home!
