I take enormous pride in presenting my guests with the Perfect home away from home proving so much more than other holiday homes.
Ideal for families or a couples retreat, this modern home offers true resort style entertaining & comfort.
Upstairs comprises of a huge light filled open plan living, kitchen & meals area which open onto a spacious entertainers balcony complete with 8 seater outdoor setting, bbq & Weber. Also includes a 4 piece comfortable lounge suite overlooking the picturesque hills of Ocean Grove.
Master bedroom with luxury en-suite & separate private balcony. A powder room & laundry complete this generous living space.
Downstairs offers two spacious bedrooms: 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks both opening onto to a tranquil courtyard complete with outdoor setting & clothes line. A generous central bathroom (with bath) and seperate toilet.
Modern appliances & comforts throughout, including 2 split system units- heating/cooling, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a large fridge/freezer.
Large plasma television with CD & DVD player in upstairs living
Adult & Children's board games and magazines provided.
Directly opposite walkway to ocean/surf beach
Approx 5 minute walk to local cafe/Ocean Grove hotel

CANCELLATIONS:
If cancellation is made 2 months prior to stay 50% of deposit will be returned.
If cancellation is made 1 month prior to stay, deposit will not be returned.

The property comfortably sleeps 8 .
At no time are additional guests permitted to stay over & above the numbers stated on original booking request.
The house will be presented in a clean and tidy manner for all guests upon arrival.
If it is not left in a tidy manner and extra time is required to clean, the bond may be adjusted accordingly.
This includes the BBQ and Weber, dishwasher emptied and all dishes done.
The garbage and/or recycle Bins Must be left out on vacating for early collection every Monday morning.

Summary: We totally enjoyed our stay at Robyn's Nest. The house is extremely comfortable and well equipped. It was also spotlessly clean. Robyn has always responded promptly to any queries. Its position across the road from the beach is wonderful and it is also in easy walking distance to great coffee at the Cheeky Cow. This is the third time we have stayed here and hopefully will be back again! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Summary: Have nothing bad to say about this property. From the location to the out door area's, back yard and balcony. So much room inside we had three couple's stay and was very spacious. If you're looking for a place in ocean grove this is the place. Will be going back.

Summary: Nothing but good things to say about this place. Great accommodation, suitable for families or couples. Great location opposite the beach and so close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The house itself offers great quality throughout and you will not want to leave. Robyn was very accommodating, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back, highly recommended.

Summary: We could not have asked for a better experience at Robyn's Nest Ocean Grove. The house was immaculate and boasted all of the modern essentials we needed, the rooms were well equipped and the location was second to none - directly across from the beach. Furthermore Robyn was a fantastic host, she was thorough, extremely accommodating and generous and made you feel right at home. Thank you so much Robyn, we loved every minute of our time at the house and would stay again in a heartbeat.
