Welcome to our beautifully renovated home completed in 2017! You'll love this mountain retreat for its designer kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, fire pit, large backyard and patio. Explore Black Mountain, Asheville, and the surrounding mountains all from the comfort of this modern, luxurious home.
We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.
Home includes 3 bedrooms:
- a primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath (beautiful tub and shower)
- a queen bedroom with hall bath
- a queen bedroom with hall bath
Additionally, the spacious living area includes a couch with a supremely comfortable queen memory foam Tempur-Pedic mattress and nearby powder room.
We love to cook delicious meals in the designer kitchen, enjoy movies by the fireplace, and play board games around the enormous dining room table. Outdoors, enjoy our hot tub, spacious fenced backyard with ample space to kick the soccer ball, throw a frisbee or burn a fire in the fire pit late into the night.
Up to two dogs are permitted with payment of a $130 pet fee. You may bring a third dog contingent upon my approval and payment of an additional $50 through the Resolution Center. We ask owners to responsibly care for their dogs (ie, clean up after messes, crate if leaving your pooch alone, and keep dogs off the furniture and beds). Dogs are not allowed in the hot tub.
Finally, we want you to relax and enjoy your stay and not worry about the little details so we provide all necessary linens--sheets and towels--and all basic kitchen equipment to cook your favorite meals.

The hot tub is available based on weather and maintenance conditions. Unforeseen weather or mechanical issues may impact the availability of this amenity, and you acknowledge that it is not guaranteed for your stay. If you encounter any problems, let us know and we’ll work to quickly address them. We maintain a very high uptime for the hot tub, and are generally able to have any problems fixed within 24 hours.
