Summary: The place was as described and in a very nice neighborhood - however, none of our phones had service and we needed the wifi. Unfortunately the wifi did not work, which made the stay miserable for the kids who couldnt play their games and such. Wifi is a necessity in 2025. I would have given perfect scores if we had wifi.

Summary: This home was just what our group of 16 needed to find rest, reconvene from the day’s activities, and prepare for all the next day’s activities. The town of Monroe was a great place to stay as it was centrally located for all the places we visited.

Summary: We stayed at this house for a family wedding and it was perfect - saved us so much money compared to the local hotel. Plus we were able to have time to hang out and have fun together in a spacious living area rather than a hotel lobby.

Summary: The house and its location were very nice. We felt safe and comfortable, especially downstairs with the flow of the dining room, kitchen and living room. If you like to cook the kitchen is sparsely equipped (pots, pans, cooking utensils-wise), but we made it work. It was nice to have 6 bedrooms and everyone slept comfortably but in many ways, I feel like our arrival and having the house ready for us was not a priority to the renter. The yard had not been mowed (grass was 7-8" high)--the bushes leading up the pathway from the parking area to the main door were overgrown to the point where you had to step into the grass to carry things in. My husband and I stayed in the basement bedroom. When we opened the slider the backyard had not been mowed either and there were two loose tarps, an uncoiled hose, and a large deflated kiddie pool to our left and right...I never stepped outside. The pool was uncovered but dirty so that was a disappointment as well since it was quite hot when we were there. Also, the deck off the kitchen area is nice but it needs some love. We did not go out barefoot for fear of getting splinters. I would guess the renter does not live close by and does not keep an eye on true upkeep and maintenance. He was responsive once we got to the house, but impossible to get a hold of before. It is a nice house in a pretty area, but It made me sad that the outdoor spaces advertised weren't cared for and ready for us to be drawn to relax in.

Summary: Nice home ok area nice lakes around. Home needs a lot of maintenance. Front dinning room door was open to the street when we arrived. The front door of dinning room is broken and unable to lock or secure. Called manager she sent someone over but did not fixed the door. It remained unsecured during tge entire stay. Back door unlocked upon our arrival. Towel rack in master hanging off the wall broken. Front door screen door bent and broken. Water ciming from ac vent in madter bath sure do to ac condensation. Water leak damage on celing in kitchen, and living room. Patio needs some care and maintenance. Ac loud. Pool just a above ground play pen for kids not much for adults. Kitchen stocked nicely. Pile of trash out in front by driveway. House again is nice just needs some attention and until then should not rent for its listed price.

Summary: This host is very irresponsible knowing 8 months in advanced about the reservation and not having the pool ready or even communicating that the pool would not be ready for use is just unexceptable. Also property has many things wrong with it. The oven doesn't work, the gas tank for the grill was left empty, all shower heads need to be replaced, the tv and mini Fridge in the basement bedroom dont work, the power outlet in the master bedroom doesn't work and the wall fixture above jacuzzi is just hanging off the wall, and the basement bedroom had ticks in the bed so it was unusable.
