Summary: Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment. It was perfect for us - we loved the local pizza and tapas bar around the corner and the little supermarket was excellent. My favourite restaurant was Bar Flotante in Talamanca. Basic but the best calamari on the island . The apartment was in excellent condition, very secure and the overall apartment block and huge pool in excellent condition. Our family of 5 thought it was perfect

Summary: The best feature of the apartment is the location. It is an easy fifteen minute stroll to the old town and ten minutes walk from the marina restaurants. It is also two minutes from Calm and Blue Marlin, both excellent classy venues with very good atmosphere. The apartment block itself is quiet and relaxing with an excellent restaurant on the ground floor. Nadyne and Gianni are both very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a week in early June. It's a lovely big apartment with plenty of room - three decent sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for self-catering. The apartment block is nice and clean and has a pleasant pool area. The 'wow' factor about the apartment is the amazing view of Dalt Vila and the marina. The photos really don't do it justice. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony day and night watching boats coming in and out of the harbour. The apartment is also really well located, just a couple of minutes walk from Marina Botafoch with its nice bars and restaurants, a few more minutes to the lovely Talamanca beach, and literally across the road from the Nuevo Marina with another selection of nice places to eat and drink (including a fabulous bar literally right on the water) and from where you can catch the little water taxi into Ibiza town. Also less than 5 minutes walk from Pacha. Giovanni and Nadyne were really friendly and helpful - ideal hosts! Highly recommend this property for those who want to enjoy a peaceful break while also having everything you could want from a holiday in Ibiza on the doorstep

Summary: As a mixed age family group, we all have a lovely holiday. The location is great for the beach and Ibiza old town. Nadyne & Giovanni are very professional hosts. We had a few very minor incidents, such as internet not working one day (external exchange problems), and they responded immediately and rectified the problems. The apartment is large and was very clean. The balcony offers great views of life on the marina and some of the worlds largest yachts. Although in a very busy area, inside the apartment is very quiet at all times.

Summary: This appartment beats the feeling of a luxurious penthouse in a 5 star hotel. The appartment is 10 times more beautiful compared to its pictures. Everything in the appartment was so organized, clean and welcoming. I cannot express as to how happy I was when I stayed there. IT WAS AMAZING !!! I was extremely sad when I left the appartment as i knew I'm going to miss it a lot. The view from the balcony is one of the most beautiful views I have seen in my life. The location of the appartment is perfect too. Supermarkets, Restraunts, Beaches and clubs are very close to it. Furthermore, Mr. And Mrs. Gilbert are great hosts and are extremely welcoming and helpful. I suggest every family/friend circle (of 4-6 people) reading this review, to stop looking at other options and instead confirm your booking with this appartment

Summary: If you are in any doubt about this property ,please read on !! 5 star location ,with a huge terrace with amazing views over the Marina.We sat watching 5/10 million pound boats going about their business all all morning ,in the sunshine. 5 of us had plenty of space ,slept in complete silence every night in comfortable beds.Kitchen has everything you need ,individual Air con in every room ,all in all ,nothing bad to say at all ,and I have stayed in plenty of 5 star hotels .The option of a morning coffee and croissant on the terrace overlooking the marina is better than breakfast in any 5 star hotel. Must also mention great food in small cafe below . Thank you Nadyne for allowing me time in your home ,will be in touch soon to re book for next year Sorry,forgot to add ,5 mins stroll to Talmanca beach ,which is perfect ,chilled out ,great food and an ideal place to chill after a heavy night out
