Stunning 1 acre oceanfront gated estate with lush landscaping, beach and extreme privacy due to the adjacent wildlife reserve. 30 minutes to kw. Restaurants & gas stations, along with grocery, diving and fishing supply are all within minutes.
Uniquely, the house’s driveway ramp allows you to drive groceries directly to the top floor kitchen door. The open plan kitchen/dining//living room has cathedral ceilings. The floor to ceiling glass provides panoramic views and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Bespoke kitchen with stainless steel appliances, unique granite counter tops, center-island and bar seating. The open living area has ample seating to watch the large screen tv. Screened room with bespoke outdoor barbeque pavilion is perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying the sea breeze out of the sun.
Lower level entertainment room has large screen tv. Its exterior double doors open directly to the outdoor entertaining area. This includes the oversize vanishing edge pool where you can swim up to the in-water stools at the tiki bar which is perfect for both pool/beachside relaxation.
There are 2 feature bedrooms (one on each level) that overlook the pool, beach and ocean. 4 tiled/stone walk in showers which 2 have bathtubs. Design furnishings including tommy bahama and natuzzi.
The large dock has water/elect and the 4ft water depth provides your boat direct access to the reef and back country. You will enjoy experiencing the dolphins, turtles, rays, tarpon, snapper, lobster and crabs that go by the dock.

Summary: Our month at this property on Summerland Key was great. There was no disappointment. Pool was warm, kitchen was well equipped, weather was unbelievable, and the area had a great place for a daily walk. Look forward to a return trip.

Summary: This house is in a lovely location with beautiful views. The homeowner was quite helpful and check in was very easy. The floor plan is well thought out and the home was very nice. My favorite part is the porch overlooking the beautiful water. We look forward to returning!

Summary: Our family had a fabulous vacation! From the beautiful Palms and tropical flowers as you pull in the gate which was one of my favorite pass times. The house was more than accommodating for all it had everything we needed and more! It was so secluded for laying around at the pool or taking a walk on the beach and dock to see what kind of marine life was there each day! The fishing was amazing off the dock as well! We are definitely looking forward in staying again in the near future! The Best Family

Summary: This house was great! We loved every minute. The owner and house manager are so professional and made our stay so nice. We are big tea drinkers and needed a kettle, and the house manager was so nice to provide one. The house, the view, and the amenities are beautiful. We just loved the location - it is so close to Looe Key for snorkeling and the Content Keys for flats fishing. We spent a ton of time in the gorgeous pool looking at the amazing view, and just looking at the marine life around the deck. Can't wait to return.

Summary: My husband and I rented this home in Summerland Key in January. We have 4 adult children who each came to visit with their families for a week. It was absolutely wonderful! The house is even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures show, with 2 large bedrooms w/baths on the main floor, and two bedrooms and baths downstairs. There is also a large TV room downstairs with a sofa/bed which my husband claimed for his Mancave. It became his favorite spot for ‘movie nights’ with the grandkids! The very modern kitchen has a stand-alone ice maker (which we loved), and is well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals at the house -- and we always ate in the lanai with its amazing ocean view & tropical breezes. If you choose to dine out, don’t miss the Square Grouper. It’s only 5 minutes away and is a MUST try. For those who like the shopping and night life, Key West is only a short drive too. Very few places in the Keys have nice beaches, but this home does! We spent hours on it building sandcastles with the kids -- and don’t forget to bring kites – a great sport with the large beach area, long dock and tropical winds! We also enjoyed the heated pool, fishing off the pier, and paddling out in the kayak, but none of us were brave enough to try the wind surfer! The property manager, Steve, answered our texts immediately with the few small questions we had, and always offered to drop by if we needed him. If I could rate this home 6 stars, I would. It has the most spectacular infinity pool, ocean, and palm backdrops imaginable. Our pictures look like postcards!!

Summary: We enjoyed a multi family Keys vacation this July at this amazing Summerland Key luxury home. The pool and dock were our favorite gathering spots for the entire week! The weather was nice and hot - we spent most of our days floating around the custom pool and enjoying the swim up bar and gorgeous view of Niles Channel. The home is quite spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Can't wait to return!
