Summary: Great house and an absolutely beautiful location. We loved the outdoor fire features. The amenities were great. They even had fresh cut flowers throughout the house. It is even nicer than it looks on the booking site. We would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Stayed 6 nights over Christmas. Great for adults and kids. Owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience allowing us to enjoy fireplace, having firewood; having soaps shampoo, beautiful decorations for Christmas whcih made our stay magical, immediately responding to all concerns.5 star all the way. To improve sometimes the drivrway smelled like sewage but I think it’s suppose to, fireplace can let a little smoke in at first fyi. Security cameras are just outside so don’t try anything crazy. These were really minor things and I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing stay by the river. Beautiful home and enjoyed it so much! Thank you!!!

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Ryan was a great host and the home is truly beautiful. The outdoor views are incredible! A relaxing and comfortable stay. Will definitely book again! If you are looking for a retreat vibe with family or friends, this is the home to stay at.

Summary: Gorgeous, secluded property set amidst the running Rocky River. Peaceful days and restful nights. Luxurious home with lots of amenities. Ryan was helpful and very responsive. Lovely stay!

Summary: The pictures of the property and the inside of the home are representative. A carriage house and the rental home share the end of the driveway. The key to the home is in a lockbox. The home has a main bedroom and bathroom on the main level along with a laundry, kitchen, living room and guest bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. Three couples can comfortably stay in the home. The owner offers a blow-up mattress for any guests past 6 or, if you are like us, and have opposite sex older children who require separate beds. The home is fully stocked with paper products, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, etc. I have rented several homes and have never experienced such a plethora of supplies throughout the home. Each room is tastefully decorated. If you are a renter who is uncomfortable feeling like you are staying in someone's personal space, this may not be the home for you as the owner's personal items are displayed throughout the home. Outside the home is the river, the huge deck and a patio. This space is monitored with three nest cameras. I did not see this in the VRBO listing and feel compelled, as a pediatrician, to ensure future renters are aware. The main bathroom has a large uncovered picture window that opens out onto the patio. There are no direct neighbors. The owner was very communicative throughout the stay as we cleaned up a small flood in the basement during the storm.

Summary: This is my second time booking this Amazing Home. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need for everyday living. The lake in the back was absolutely beautiful. The host was very professional. Will be booking again. My new home away from home.

Summary: Was the perfect getaway spot for the family. The listing doesn't completely describe the property/experience. You'll need to stay there to understand. Just needed a personal chef to make it the perfect stay.

Summary: The pictures doesn’t do it justice. I rented it for my husband’s surprise private dinner. Very clean and has an amazing view of the river. I’m was so impressed that I have already booked again for June.

Summary: Beautiful home in a beautiful area. We were only here for one night. If we knew what we were going to walk into, We would have came up a night earlier. Pictures don't do this place justice. We already know where we will be looking to stay on our next trip to Cleveland.
