The 2 bed, 2 bath unit has a large Samsung flat screen TV in each room.There is on site fitness center, and close to one of the more premier hiking areas in N. Scottsdale. The owner takes pride in the level of cleanliness and uses all organic cleaning products to accommodate the discerning guests. A cap on electric of $150 a month.

Summary: Ann was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to any of our requests. Everything was as described in the listing. The pool and grill area was right across the street. Upon arrival the unit was spotless. The carpet and furniture had just been cleaned. There was an ample supply of paper products to get us started. Kitchen was well stocked. This unit is in a gated community and is very well kept up. We appreciated the use of the garage even though it was a little tight getting our vehicle in. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: Beautifully decorated. Great view over pool, very clean and comfortable. Upscale linens and towels. Felt like home. Owner was easy to work with and pleasant. Loved it!

Summary: Ann's condo was spotlessly clean upon our arrival with the kitchen well supplied with utensils, glasses and cutlery. She was extremely responsive to our questions or requests, usually within a few hours and mostly within a few minutes. The decor helped us feel at home right away and the convenience of the pool and the BBQ about 100ft. from the front door added significantly to our 2 month stay as did the short 5 minute walk to a full service grocery store, restaurants, and other stores. Hiking in the McDowell Mountain reserve is a 20 minute wall from this gated community and cycling on the network or paved paths is a pleasure. This is the place to stay when you are in the Scottsdale

Summary: We stayed at Ann's condo while we were waiting for our home to be finished. She had it completely stocked with everything we needed. As soon as we walked in we felt like this would be a perfect place that we could call "home" until our new home was completed. It was very light and bright feeling. The views of the pool and all of the landscaping around the pool along with the city lights at night made it even more speical. The decor was so equisite that I borrowed some of her decorating ideas to use in my new home. The kitchen had all new appliances and I was so thrilled to have use of a gas stove while we were there. Both the master and guest baths had to the gorgeous tile and vanity tops. The furnishings and art work were so sophisticated and tastefully done. We cound not have been more pleased with the condo. Ann was so attentive to all of our needs, and made sure she or her on site manager Jeremy was available for any extra assistance we may have needed. I would definetely recommend her place to stay if you are going to be in the Scottsdale are.
