Summary: This is a mixed review as I want to give a higher rating because Osi was very responsive and seems open to feedback and improvement. The beds were comfortable (seemed new), there was good water pressure and hot water for showers, and we saw no evidence of insects/webs in the house (a feat for Texas). The location was close to 99, restaurants, shopping and our family that we were there to visit. The rooms were generous in size. The down side is that the house was inadequately provisioned. There were 7 of us staying and only 5 bath towels, fewer hand and face towels. We contacted Osi the first evening and two additional towel sets were brought the next morning. There were sheets but no blanket/pillows for the futon bed. The kitchen was oddly supplied - mismatched sets of plates/cups etc. No salt or pepper, one towel, no toaster. We were only there to sleep and fortunately did not need the use of the kitchen at all. The kitchen itself was in rough shape - sticky floor, some cabinets stuck shut (poorly repainted), one without shelves, some with random forgotten items, not enough silverware for 10, trash can with rusty/broken lid, and broken granite counter at the sink. Between the two full baths was only one hair dryer that didn't work well enough to use and only one shampoo & soap between the two bathrooms. Things that needed repair in main bath were the door handle - nearly broken through, and there was no drain plug in the sink. The light fixture was rusted over. Generally, the house felt clean enough to stay in though the old carpeting in the bedrooms needed better vacuuming, particularly along the edges. The common areas (excluding kitchen) were in the best shape. There was TV in the upstairs office/sitting area and main floor family room but we didn't try using them. The couch upstairs had blankets over sections to cover the faux leather that was falling apart. The house overall was dark inside - heavy furniture and formal drapery. The bedroom furniture was banged up a bit and some mismatched. That can be overlooked but there would be random items left behind in drawers that simply pointed to a lack of attention to cleanliness and detail. There were no child locks as noted noted in the listing. The back yard needs some attention and would benefit from seating/table. I believe Osi will continue to improve the rental experience and we hope this feedback helps. We have stayed at many VRBOs and want each to succeed.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay very much here. The place was clean, close to where I needed to be and a quiet neighborhood. The host was very nice to check up on us and communicate with us. I will stay here again.

Summary: The property was in a good location for our needs. Upon arrival at the property we observed that the inside glass on the front door was broken and there were pieces of glass all around the down stairs. The tables and counters were dirty and needed to be wiped down. The chandelier over the dinning room table only had one working bulb. Upstairs the carpet had not been vacuumed and the bathrooms were dirty.
