Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the entire condo, including the bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. Shared amenities include the pool, gym, hot tub, sauna, firepit, and more. Please note that the washer and dryer are located outside the suite and are shared with other guests.
Access to amenities is managed by Carriage Country Club, and closures for maintenance are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding if any issues arise.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Absolutely no noise after 10:00pm.
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances allowed.
• No parties or excessive noise; violations may result in a $500 fee and immediate cancellation without refund.
• Guests staying 28+ days are responsible for consumables after the initial supply.
• Profiles with ratings below 4.5 stars require manual approval.
• Pet fee: $50 per pet, per stay (1 non-shedding pet max)
• All of the facilities are privately managed by Carriage Country Club. Sometimes there may be issues that arise outside of our control, such as closures due to maintenance. Please be forgiving if any issues should arise outside of the unit during your stay and please bring it to our attention.

HOUSE RULES
-Please respect check-in 3:00pm and check-out 11:00am times. For early/late checkout requests please message us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.
- Please DO NOT share keylock combination # with unregistered guests
- Partying is strictly prohibited. Any complaints made by other neighbors regarding partying, excessive noise or loud music will be subjected up to a $500 surcharge and may be asked to leave without refund.
- NO unregistered guests allowed. Each additional unregistered guest/visitor entering the property (without the landlord's knowledge and written permission) will be an automatic additional fee of $80/ per person per day.
-Loss of the Access Key/Card will result in a $120 charge
- NO fireworks
- No smoking/vaping or any illegal substances allowed anywhere
- One well trained non shedding pet is allowed for an additional fee of $50
- Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially after 10 PM.
- Quiet hours are 10:00pm – 8:00am
- Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
- Be careful not to damage the furnishings
- Take care to close all the windows, turn all the lights off and lock the door securely behind you when you are not in
