Positive: The location of the villa by the lake, jacuzzi, small but nice sauna and modern looking villa with comfortable beds. Best suited for a group of 6-7 people. We were a family of 6 people and everyone including kids aged 8 &14 enjoyed the stay.

Negative: Kitchen cutlery and cooking pans/pots were limited. Specifically, coffee spoons were not there. Basic kitchen towels were also missing. These are quite small deficiencies, but rather simple/basic things that can be improved.

Negative: It was quite cold in the villa in the morning, the heating was set to a minimum of 21 degrees, it was not possible to increase it.

Positive: Quiet place with all the amenities you need. Jacuzzi, sauna, full kitchen, washing machine, etc. Plenty of space to park the car. Very spacious, very good location, very nice views. Everything is in perfect shape. Easy to find.

Negative: Some lamps are low and are a little prone to hit with the head... But nothing really important. The stairs wiggle a little, but again not a important thing.
