This secludede 4 bedrooms villa is located in peaceful countryside. It has a spacious indoor and outdoor living area and a spectacular outdoor swimming pool (18m x 8m , depth graduated depth from 60cm to 2.7m). Suitable for a three generation family or a single family, the first floor has two large bedrooms one with a double bed the other with two single beds, sharing a large bathroom. On the ground floor there are also two large en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a large south facing terrace fitted with awnings which give you the option to have shade or sun. The outdoor dining table is located under a balcony overlooking the garden and pool, you can barbecue and enjoy your meals relaxing in this wonderful setting.
It is within 15 minutes drive of local supermarkets and the historic town of Les Arcs. It is also 10 minutes drive from Les Arcs main railway station. It is 50 minutes to the beautiful town of St Tropez, and also 50 minutes drive to Cannes and 55 minutes to Gorge de Verdon which boasts a turquoise blue lake. 25 minutes drive to Frejus seafront and sandy beaches and a fantastic aqua park. Nice is 1 hour and 14 minutes by car.
The local vineyards are superb with great quality wines.
“We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious 4 bedroom house with a magnificent swimming pool set in beautiful gardens in the hills above Les Arcs. The location is very peaceful and private. The swimming pool was the focus of our stay, the lack of chlorine was much appreciated and it has to be said that it was one of the best pools we have ever experienced. The pool is also toddler friendly because it has a gradual descent into the pool which gave our toddler the confidence to learn to swim. The house is tastefully decorated, clutter free, with modern furniture and mod cons. There is a functional kitchen with all the amenities we needed and an outdoor barbecue. The upstairs bedrooms have a shared balcony which gave us extra space and views of the surrounding area. As cyclists, we appreciated the use of the double garage for secure storage. We could descend down into les arcs for coffee and croissants at the excellent Le Tour cafe and return via traffic free roads through vineyards and leafy lanes. There is a local cycle path about 20 miles long, where the gradients were easy and gave panoramic views of the local vineyards. If you do this track, make sure you stop at the Station Rosalie (green caravan), west of Lorgues, serving the best bruschetta any of us had ever tasted! A trip to the Gorge De Verdon is spectacular and would make a great place to visit for either kayaking, cycling or walking. There is a big choice of local supermarkets, Boulangerie’s and a fruit and veg shop offering fantastic fruit and vegetables to die for, are within easy access by car or bike. The area seems to specialise in rose wine and the Chateau Saint Pierre is just south of Les Arcs selling great bottles for a good price. We had an incredible holiday and we can’t wait to go back! ”

Summary: A beautiful property in a quiet location. The outdoor space was the main focus and the pool design the best we've experienced (curved pool, with sauna and waterfall). The property was well equipped, with a large TV and games room entertaining the kids. To reach a boulangerie and intermarche you have to drive but it's only 10 mins away. so no big deal. We ate out a couple of times, again having to drive but there's plenty of restaurants in the local area to choose from. The BBQ probably needs replacing as it has seen better days but we managed fine and ate outside each evening enjoying the geckos.hunting along the walls. All in all a super location, lovely property and great holiday experience, with good communication from Gabriel and help there from Didier. Thank you!

Summary: We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible vacation house. The highlight for us was definitely the pool, it was absolutely stunning. We spent hours relaxing by the poolside, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the warm sun. The outdoor space is just as impressive, with plenty of seating areas and a lovely garden with complete privacy. Overall, this vacation house exceeded all our expectations. Summary: We’ve just returned from a fabulously relaxing holiday in Les Arcs sur Argens. Wonderful property in lovely grounds and a stunning pool that did not disappoint. We were concerned about the weather in mid May but again that did not disappoint either and the whole experience from arrival through to departure was smooth thanks to Didier. Whilst we didn’t need much whilst we were there Didier was always just a WhatsApp away for any queries or help. It was the perfect base to explore from. We went as far afield as Monaco and as local as the village of Les Arcs for the daily boulangerie trip with trips to Lac Ste Croix and beautiful Fayence also highlights of the trip. This was definitely a trip that will live long in the memory thanks to Gabriel and to Didier.

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday in this large very clean villa. The garden and pool are exceptional and we spent most of our time around the pool, very hard to pull yourself away. Lots to do nearby coast 30 mins Verdon Gorge 1 hr shopping 10 mins. There were 6 adults and two children staying and we all had lots of room and lots to do table tennis, boule, swimming it was all perfect and we are all missing the pool already. We had very clear and helpful instructions from Gabriel the owner and Didier was great when we got to the villa,our our french is not great and Didier spoke little english but this was not a problem at all. We had perfect weather for our week and never wanted to watch tv but as has been mentioned before reception can be a little scetchy everything else was perfect and we would love one day to return.
