Beautifully remodeled water-front home with 'million dollar' views and PRIVATE FISHING PIER WITH 2 HUGE PIER LIGHTS Located DIRECTLY ON THE WATER, the intracoastal waterway, and the best FISHING spot in Texas, Redfish Bay/Estes Flats. This home is in the beautiful, quiet subdivision of Bahia Bay, only minutes from historic, downtown Rockport, the famous Rockport Blue Wave Beach, and Port Aransas.
Our newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom bay-front home will comfortably accommodate a family, but it’s also perfect for four couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two.
Experience the amazing panoramic sunrises and sunsets of this charming home on property that is positioned between TWO waterways: a backyard that faces gorgeous Redfish Bay/Estes Flats, home to the best trout and redfish fishing the Texas Gulf Coast has to offer, and a front yard that faces a scenic canal. Sit on comfortable outdoor furniture on front and back large upper decks and lower patio and view the bay/intracoastal waterway that harbors plenty of dolphin and hundreds of birds. No other vacation home can offer its guests such amazing, peaceful views!
You will also be able to fish, boat, sail, kayak, or ski off your own private, lighted pier! Clean your catch in your own fishing stand, and cook fish, including redfish, trout, catfish, flounder, etc., on a charcoal grill day and/or night.
Decorated with beautiful new modern furnishings and fixtures, this home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The upstairs has a kitchen and dining area, a master bedroom, two guest rooms, two full baths, and a laundry room. The downstairs unattached garage contains a large bunk-room and full bath.
Upstairs accommodations also include a custom-built open-concept kitchen with a large island the latest amenities and dining/living area combined with a 65” large cable smart TV. The kitchen has a large island and dining table that seat a total of 10. The upstairs huge master bedroom with TV has a king and queen bed, an adjoining luxurious master bath with built-in storage, a large shower with double shower heads, and a walk-in closet and private toilet area. The other two guest bedrooms each have comfortable queen-size beds, TVs, closets, and plenty of windows!
In addition, this garage boasts a (unattached from the main house) bunk room with TV, AC/Heating, 4 XL full-sized bunk beds located in the garage downstairs, and a full bath. This arrangement allows for convenient access off the water/pier after late night fishing or is ideal for the enjoyment of older kids/grandkids! We also have a 3-sided fenced yard that is open on the water side.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is a lovely home, tastefully furnished and very well stocked. The location is good and it is very handy for fishing or just enjoying the view. A big plus for us is that the back yard is now fenced, so our dog enjoyed his visit, too.

Summary: We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful house with two other families. It has stunning waterfront scenery right from the back porch especially during the gorgeous sunrise. The kids were thrilled to fish from the private pier and even more excited to ride the kayaks and play ping pong, all provided by the host. Our two small dogs enjoyed running around in the secured backyard, making it a great spot for everyone. The home was spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short drive to Rockport Beach. This was the perfect spot for friends and family to unwind, make great memories, and enjoy everything Rockport has to offer. We can’t wait to come back!

Summary: First… the view is amazing!! Made sure I was up first thing in the morning to watch the sun come up with a cup of coffee on the back deck. We loved everything about this house! I can’t think of anything I would change about it! We are a family of 6 & it had More than enough space to come together to have a meal, play board games but also retreat to your own space. All you need to bring is your clothes,toiletries & your groceries.. everything else the house had. Neighborhood was very quiet/peaceful. The beach, coffee places, and restaurants were all within minutes away. We definitely want to come back!!!

Summary: I’ll start with the good stuff - beautiful location and views. Clean. Well-appointed kitchen. Quiet at night. During the day, a parade of boats going (I should say “flying”) by directly in front of the pier.Here’s the thing: There was a list of instructions attached to the fridge that rivaled probation instructions. Do this. Don’t do that. I get it, really I do. I ran my own VRBO house for about 9 years. I never wanted my guests to stress - they’re on vacation after all. Here you’re told to remove sheets and towels (fine) and put them in the laundry room. Then it says that you need to go to Walmart and buy new sheets or towels in the event of any stain! Yikes. All dishes were to be washed and put in the same place you found them. I found myself asking others “where did you get this from?” so I would be in compliance. If you used the grill (we didn’t) you were to clean it. I NEVER required my guests clean the grill. There were other things too. Just kinda puts you in fear mode the moment you walk in the door.I also sent a message to the host saying that we were coming to visit our son and his wife (who just arrived there and were only staying three months) and that we had never been to Corpus Christi before. No response. Not that that required a response, but if one of my guests said that, I’d be all over that with a welcome response and recommendations.Anyway, it’s a great property. Just maybe they might want to lighten up and show a virtual smile!
