Summary: The house is very beautiful. The rooms are very organized and the up stairs rooms are so well done. We did have a lot mold in the master bathroom and the coffee machine offered was slightly ridiculous. However, we had a great time and all families will really enjoy!! Will rent again.

Summary: We were notified one day prior to checking in that the dock was not accessible after we rented a boat. Requested financial consideration for not allowed to use the dock but no response. DOCK IS Not accessible and should state so on website. Report rely damaged by storm over 6 weeks ago when reservation was accepted. Beside that the house was as advertised and clean.

Summary: We had a great time staying here for a few days. First class house and property. We did have small issues which didn’t take away from the stay, but you would think would be addressed with a house like this. - Speakers blown in living room - No directions on how to operate music - television didn’t work in main living room - dish soap dispenser was broken and made doing dishes a messy endeavour We immensely enjoyed the house, i am just sharing where improvements can be made.

Summary: The stay was comfortable accept for these problems, NO kitchen towels, not enough towels in the bathrooms, fans were turning for winter in the den . It did not cool . We noticed the last day. We called someone for the tv and someone came but did not return. Very disappointed.

Summary: This is a great family property in a beautiful gated neighborhood. We celebrated my mothers 75th birthday and had a great time. The house is very well appointed, has every kitchen amenity you may need, and a great place to just relax. The management company is extremely helpful and on point. We would definately rent this house again.
