The house is equipped with modern comfortable furniture, stunning new kitchen and main bathroom, entertaining areas for up to 8 people, 3 stylish bedrooms with new super comfy Queen beds and a kids bunk room.
Everything you need for a wonderful stay is at your doorstep. For all your day-to-day needs, it's only a short 2 min walk to Budgewoi village, hosting a supermarket and a great variety of specialty shops.
A delightful stroll along the water's edge, will lead you to the newly renovated Budgewoi Hotel with fine dining upstairs and a choice of waterfront restaurants and cafes.
You and your guests will be spoilt for choice with stunning beaches and water sports galore on your doorstep. Abundant fishing, a safe swimming lake also perfect for kayaking and Budgewoi beach within walking distance, our beautiful home is the perfect place for your seaside holiday. If you love walking or bicycle riding, there is a 16.9km easy shared path, that follows the foreshore as you take in expansive and glorious views. Or just sit back and completely unwind on our large entertainment deck or down on the grass by the lake, then finish the day taking in the awe-inspiring sunsets and gentle breezes and create memories to last a lifetime.
