You're also able to watch stampede parade from the patio and 5 min walking to the stampede ground.

Summary: I can't accurately describe this property as we booked it and then were told we couldn't stay there two hours before check-in and were asked if we had another place to stay. When I comnunicated that we did not and they needed to find us something they did but it was not comparable and when we asked for some compensation we were told the unit we were getting was the price we paid for the original unit but because we booked so early in the original unit we had gotten a good deal. By comparable I mean we booked an updated two bedroom 10th floor view of the river, we got a a 2nd floor 1 bedroom view of a construction parking lot. It also had a window fan for the bedroom and a floor air conditioner in the living room that you had to leave the patio door open to vent it. So we couldn't shut and lock the two windows in order to keep it cool enough.
