Positive: The location was perfect but a little noisy even late at night may be it was a weekend. The apartment was very well organised and things were in very good condition except the dining table and chairs need to be replaced. All in all it was a very comfortable and amazing place to stay with a family.

Positive: Central location easy access to old town. Spacious
Negative: Trying to get check-in information so we could plan was challenging, communication was poor in general. The entrance hall was no better than a hostel. Filthy, smelly, dark worn damp smelling carpet stuck down with electrical tape. The lift was rickety, damaged doors and smelt absolutely awful. Lights in the corridor at the entrance to the apartment didn’t work making it hard to access the key in the key box. The apartment itself smelt damp and was not very clean, stained carpets, lots of dust. The bathrooms were ok except that the towels were ridiculously small, only suitable for small children. Furnishings were cheap and not well maintained. WIFI was appalling, useless for work purposes or streaming TV. Kitchen was functional. In addition to all of this the noise from the royal mule outside was so loud until about 2 am it made sleep difficult even with the windows closed. The wardrobe in the master bedroom was full of junk and a huge blow up mattress making unusable until cleared out. It was in no way what we were expecting.
