A holiday experience of a lifetime awaits you at Riviera Beach Villa with thought having gone into every aspect; from the contemporary décor through to the superb landscaped gardens.
You will not want to leave the accommodation as you soak up the sun from either the poolside loungers or the roof terrace which overlooks Latchi beach, however with the tavernas and restaurants of Latchi a two minute walk-away why bother to cook!
The pool can be heated during the cooler months (200 EUROS a week).
Having dined at one of the many quayside sea-food restaurants; it's time to return to the villa to catch a few more rays whilst planning the evening's entertainment.

Latchi has watersports in abundance as well as popular, clean beaches and the main town of Polis has all of the facilities required to provide those home comforts to your relaxing escape.
Coast/Beach: The beach is 30 seconds away (10 if you run) and Latchi's marina nearly 5 minutes stroll. Latchi is now connected with its sister town of Polis by a coastal walkway and cycleway.
Further attractions: Within an easy distance to the Akamas peninsular for walking, bird-watching, cycling etc. Bikes can be hired locally. Latchi is well-catered for restaurants, tavernas and bars as well as shops and an ATM. More shops and larger supermarkets can be found in Polis which is a mere 5 minute drive. For nature lovers, the conservation area of Lara Bay is a short car journey away. Lara Bay is a protected beach and one of the few areas in the Mediterranean where Loggerhead and Green turtles lay their eggs.
Local Villages: The Paphos area has a number which are within easy access and well worth exploring. Coastal villages such as Argaka and Pomos together with inland villages like Kathikas, Steni and Drouisha offer fresh, local fare at a fraction the cost of the main tourist areas. Many are proud of their heritage and have small museums giving an insight into local crafts and traditions. The mountain villages of Kathikas and Droushia also offer a retreat from the coastal heat on the hottest days.

Summary: We had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks and can honestly say this is the best villa we've ever stayed in. Spacious, clean, well-laid out, fab AC/wi-fi, warm pool, comfortable beds, quiet/private, easy to find - the whole lot! The outside undercover eating area - with ceiling fans - is worth a mention in itself as is the roof terrace where we watched the meteor showers. In terms of location, the villa is walking distance (between 5 and 8 minutes) to a number of very good local restaurants and a great beach bar but is away from any noise/bustle. There's a well stocked supermarket within 10 minutes and boat trips run from the lovely marina - also 10 minutes. The beach, as indicated, is right across the road and great just to pop over to for a swim! Communication with Katie, right from our first inquiry through to checkout was absolutely excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

Summary: This is the fifth villa we have hired in the latchi area and by far the best. The villa was clean and tidy upon our arrival and the entry instructions from the host were helpful and precise. For us location is the numbrr one factor and this had it all. View of the sea, 2 minutes walk crossing over the quiet road and you can swim in the warm clear, calm Mediterranean. Nearest bar/restaurant 3 minutes walk, shopping within 10 minutes walk. The pool in the villa itself was clean and warm with plenty of room to top up the tan and plenty of shaded area's to get out of the heat if required. Beds are comfortably and the air-conditioning throughout the villa ensured it felt comfortable inside. Kitchen was well equiped with everything you need. With the England games being on whilst we were there it was a bonus to be able to get UK tv channels. Will definitely look to book again.

Summary: What a great place to stay! Beautiful place with everything you could want, great comfortable bedrooms, outstanding pool, tables and chairs in a number of places to have food or just while away the time! Oh and an outstanding roof terrace! All this and just a slow 5 min walk to Latchi harbour with its lovely restaurants and cruises. Katie, the contact for the Villa, was so helpful, thank you so much. We also met the owners who were really nice! I’ve got to come back here again 10/10 very very highly recommended for a holiday to remember.

Summary: Spacious villa, stunning pool with a great view of the beach, good sized bedrooms, lovely kitchen with lounge area to kick back with the A/C, local bars and restaurants within walking distance ( the Island bar was our favourite) easy access to local bus routes to Polis and the big supermarket so didn’t need a car. At the local harbour a boat trip to the blue lagoon is a must i’d suggest the sunset BBQ one for value for money, certainly if we were lucky enough to come back this is where I would stay again.

Summary: Only stayed for a week. Villa was spotlessly clean inside. 3 bedrooms, main bedroom with en suite. Open plan kitchen and lounge. Kitchen has everything you would expect at home, including a large american style fridge. There is a small utility at side of building. Lounge has TV and seating for at least 6 plus a dining table for 6. Outside a small patio area at the front and at the rear a fabulous mature garden and of course a magnificent swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs and of course a bbq. Katie, the property manager, was exceptionally helpful and cant be faulted. Emailed her a few time while there and she replied almost straight away, even answering a phone call from me while she was at a wedding. The villa is opposite the beach and only a few minutes walk from bars and the harbour. Only stayed for a week and was very sad to leave. Would certainly recommend anyone to visit Latchi and this villa

Summary: Great location close to really good restaurants, cocktail bars, the beach and marina. Fantastic villa with a lovely swimming pool. The villa was lovely and very clean with beautiful well tended gardens. The rooftop terrace is a lovely space to sunbathe in the daytime and relax in the evening. We had a lovely holiday.

Summary: Second stay at this villa because of its perfect location. Walking distance from everything we need. Lovely bars and restaurants close by. Clean and tidy. Fresh linen and towels once a week. Really good shower. Well equipped kitchen and the most wonderful ice maker in the fridge. Some issues with communication with the management team during the stay. Without a TV for 4 days which is important to us. Server problems. The rooftop terrace is great, comfy chairs and a sail for cover. Fabulous views of the sea and surrounding area. Aircon allowed at 27 degrees unless you want to pay extra. Pool is good, cleaned regularly early morning. There’s also a friendly cat who calls to see you most days. Overall a lovely holiday.

Summary: We have been visiting Cyprus yearly for many years, now. This was our favourite property so far, and we have had some brilliant villas! However, what made this villa our favourite was the location and villa facilities; we were a stone’s throw from the beach, which meant we were lulled to sleep every night by the hypnotic sound of the waves! The view from the villa was splendid and what topped it all, was paying a little extra to have the pool heated. We swam every day, even if the weather was a tad blustery! We were in walking distance of the marina, cafes and a small supermarket which increased the relaxed atmosphere as we didn’t have to drive every day. The villa was comfortable and quiet ( really important for us) and having Netflix was a bonus in the evenings. The gardens are well kept and landscaped with style so wherever you looked, it was easy on the eye. This all adds up to a fab holiday. Georgia and her husband were very attentive and we will definitely be back. A home from home.
