Welcome to our vacation retreat! We are excited to host you and your friends/family during your visit to the Okanagan and invite you to enjoy our luxury condo and resort accommodations. Due to recent legislation changes by the BC provincial and municipal governments, our condo is available to rent for periods in excess of 90 days. In order to receive an accurate quote, please submit an inquiry including the length of your stay.
We are located on the prestigious Okanagan Golf Course featuring the Jack Nicklaus and Les Furber designed 'Bear' and 'Quail' courses. The resort is within 10 minutes of the airport and a short walk to the UBC Okanagan campus. There are many other courses within a short drive. Of course the beaches, lakes and outdoor fun of the Okanagan and Thompson Valley, including world famous wineries, are also at your doorstep.
Our 1190 sq. ft. unit is beautifully furnished to the highest standards with full gourmet kitchen, granite countertops throughout, upgraded furniture, desk and wireless hi-speed internet. The suite has three bedrooms, each with their own flat screen television. There are two bathrooms complete with all the linens you will need. The master bath ensuite is equipped with both tub and shower and the main bathroom is equipped with a shower. The furniture is all set up to ensure a relaxing, casual time for everyone.
The master bedroom has a king bed, double closet and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, single closet and accesses the main bathroom. The third bedroom/den has a queen bed, walk-in closet, desk and accesses the main bathroom.
The living room is complete with upgraded furniture and 55" flat screen HDTV with HD cable. A fireplace rounds out your relaxation along with a covered balcony overlooking treed green space. On the balcony you will also find a propane BBQ for your private use. Wireless hi-speed internet is also included in your rental.
Our condo has a self-contained washer and dryer and we provide all the cleaning supplies, soaps and detergents you will require. There is an overabundance of linens, towels and bedding. The suite has a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a great eating bar. We have tried to include everything you will need to start relaxing as soon as you arrive. We stock the unit with paper supplies, spices, coffee and basic cooking amenities to start your vacation off right.
Free single-vehicle parking is provided in the secure underground garage. Additional parking is available street side.
The resort features an outdoor pool and hot tub which is right next to the fitness facility - all at your disposal while staying with us. Forgot your beach towel - no worries, we have some for you!
A short walk from the resort is the Bistro which offers home-made pizza and other light snacks. Wanting to enjoy the bounty of the Okanagan Valley? Look no further than Sarazen's Restaurant and The Player's Lounge & Grille next door at the Okanagan Golf Club.
Down the hill from the resort you will find an abundance of stores conveniently located in the 38,000 sq. ft. Airport Village Shopping Centre. Nester's Market Grocery Store is fully equipped to meet all your shopping needs, offering conventional and specialty products, with a focus on organic and local products. Visitors can enjoy one-stop shopping at Airport Village with conveniences like Starbucks, a Liquor Store, Tim Horton's, DQ, Great Clips, medical centre, Pharmasave and a post office.
