Summary: Clean, except a smell from the sink, and the plumbing made some noise but overall the space and rooms were great! Perfect for what we needed. The area wasnt bad but was a little narrow when driving the streets.

Summary: Pros: The host was quick to respond to my questions and was gracious enough to allow for an early check-in. Distance to downtown Houston was also great. Cons (mainly #5): 1) The check-in/check-out instructions were not clear and incorrect as they pertained to an old keypad that was previously replaced, 2) the interior walls were filthy with lots of scuff marks throughout the property, 3) we killed 2 spiders, mosquitos and flies upon entry, 4) listing says it sleeps 8 but only had 5 towels, we were a party of 6 so 1 needed to be recycled, 5) our BIGGEST disappointment were the beds. It was the worst sleep I've ever experienced and it's no exaggeration (I can include pictures). Beds were ONLY memory foam pads placed on top of a metal frame with NO box spring for support, I nearly fell off the bed twice and got stuck once as I caved into the corner of the frame. I don't understand how this is listed as a luxery property when the most important detail are the beds. Again the host was great in communicating but regretfully we were very disappointed.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay here at the property. The host was very great at communication, the check in process was easy, and was even left with a few snacks. If I come back in town this would definitely be a place to revisit!

Summary: This property was nice but it was obvious renovations were quickly done to hide the drawbacks of property. There was no iron and the cleaners did not do a good job preparing for the next tenant. Trash not emptied, towels not available, insufficient toilet paper and leftover food in refigerator. Other than stated things, nice overnight stay.
