In the most popular part of the Dordogne and on the edge of the world famous village of Les Eyzies these charming homes at Le Banquet have been lovingly restored preserving their character.
A pretty river runs through the estate and helps to make the extensive grounds and magnificent gardens at Le Banquet an ideal place for relaxation, with ample shade provided by the apple & pear trees.
The large 40ft x 20ft swimming pool & toddler’s splash pool are positioned to gain maximum hours of sunshine with plenty of sun beds, tables & chairs and umbrellas.
Children are well catered for with acres of space to play football, cricket or rounders and a play area with swings, slide, basketball net & boules court.
The games barn houses table tennis, table football, pool, darts, hopscotch, giant connect 4, loads of board games & plenty of toys for the toddlers. It also houses an extensive DVD library, and an information corner with hundreds of leaflets & books on places to visit and things to do & see in the wonderful local area.
Each home is extremely well equipped with all modern comforts including UK satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. together with its own terrace, outside furniture and BBQ.
For the little ones, we are more than happy to supply cot & bedding or bed guard, high chair or booster chair, changing mat, baby monitor, 2 step up, potty, night lights, stroller, plastic bowls, plates cutlery etc all included in the price and please rest assured that all of our baby equipment is nearly new and very clean. There are also top and bottom stair gates in La Forge & La Fermette.

We provide for you, starter Nespresso pods, tea bags, sugar, spice rack full of different spices, salt & pepper, olive oil, vinegar, foil, cling film, freezer bags, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, all cleaning materials etc.

This wonderful farm cottage has been beautifully renovated with a wealth of exposed beams and woodwork offering modern conveniences together with romantic rusticity.
The sunken French style kitchen opens to a large sitting room and dining area which have polished chestnut floors and exposed stonework.
The stunning living room is both tastefully decorated comfortably furnished, a wonderful room in which to kick back and relax. Plenty of seating, coffee tables, library of books, DVD player, UK satellite flat screen TV, making it a great family room.
The door from the living room leads onto the pretty riverside terrace with BBQ and table & chairs, perfect for barbecues and outdoor living.
The spotless kitchen has old oak beams and exposed stonework and is equipped with all modern conveniences including a Nespresso coffee-machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals – a real home from home.
A large dining table seats 5 in comfort and being open plan, you can drink and chat whilst dinner is being prepared.
Upstairs you will find a modern bathroom along with two large pretty oak beamed bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds which can convert to a triple if required thus sleeping up to 5 in comfort. Both have views to the river, beautiful gardens and the hills beyond.
