Our corner ground floor apartment has a stunning front line location with views across the fairway to hole 8, the lake and the golf course. The apartment has a large glazed and covered terrace with sun and shade all day long and an uncovered terrace for the sun beds. The apartment is only two min. from the Town Center. From the terrace to the shared pool it is only 30m. Around the pool it is ample areas for enjoying the sun. This is one of 18 communal pools on the resort. On the terrace you will have a dining table with 6 chairs and a leather sofa with two tube chairs and coffee table. On the uncovered terrace with awning you will find a rattan furniture set (sofa 2 armchairs and table) and 2 deck-chairs. Living room and both bedrooms have air-conditionning and gas central heating for pleasant tempratures both in summer and wintertime. It contains 1 bath/toilet and an extra toilet. There are lift with direct access to the apartment from the gated underground parking. On site there are a supermarket, coffee shop, bar, restaurant and pro shop, 2 min. walk.The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is a paradise for golfers and holiday makers. The 18 hole par 72 course are stretching 6416m from the back tee. It includes 5 lakes and plenty of bunkers to test your game! The Championship golf course is fast gaining a reputation as the best and most challenging in the area and will be worthy of its future PGA status.

Summary: Had a lovely holiday with my partner and 17 month old. The apartment is so close to the club house and shop and just a short drive to beaches and villages. Everything we needed was included in the apartment, really felt at home. Beautiful views of the golf course and quiet place to sit and relax

Summary: The property was really clean and well presented. It was close to the golf practice facilities, the pro shop and the Spa shop. The aspect was perfect as we had sun almost all day and the location wasn’t over looked or busy, so was great for sunbathing (yes, in December!). I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Summary: Great apartment with high quality furnishings and appliances, every electric gadget you could want and every possible utensil, fantastic glazed terrace / dining area and a sunny outside terrace with comfortable garden furniture including a barbecue, large tv. with lots of British channels, on site bar and restaurant, car required to explore Murcia region.

Summary: We had an amazing week here - Hacienda Riquelme is a stunning setting and very convenient for the airport and beaches. The apartment was exceptional, it was bigger than we expected and had lots of high end additions (such as coffee machines and electric awning). The location is perfect too, literally a 3 minute walk to the 'town centre' including Spar shop on site (which is actually very reasonable) and the large pool is outside the back gate. Couldn't be any closer! There are views of the golf course and grass outside the terrace along with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely come back here! Also I left my phone in the apartment but a quick email to the cleaners and they found it and sorted out how to get it back to me, so a big thanks to them too.
