Summary: My daughter (16) had a concert @ the Chastain amphitheater. Decided to bring my sister and son(12) for a family trip. We had a great time! The apartment was in the perfect location for all our activities. Plenty of options to walk too. The complex has a great pool with a small game area. Thankfully, we had our own pool towels. We were happy with the size and setup of the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Contact was easy with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property is an ideal location in Buckhead with easy access to downtown Atlanta and other surrounding cities. We were disappointed with the property’s cleanliness and clarity of the check-in process and instructions, especially related to parking and entering the building. This information should be posted on listing site or communicated a full 24 hours in advanced to renters. We received a $55 ticket 10 minutes after our arrival because wasn’t aware of parking options. It took us a few days to adjust after cleaning the property but we never fully settled for our family birthday celebration.

Summary: Exceptionally clean… upon arrival, you can smell the freshness of the unit. The decor is very tasteful, with cleaning supplies, paper towels, tp, towels, soaps & detergent all provided. AC works very well with the availability of ceiling fans which was wonderful. Communication with Steve was excellent; very responsive with clear instructions and expectations. WiFi was excellent for those who will be working remotely. Centrally located with every option you could possibly need close by. We will definitely keep this property at the top of our list for return trips to Atlanta!
