Enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer from the luxurious “Caldera Retreat” in Caldera Springs. Caldera Retreat boasts 7 bedrooms and 7.5 baths. With nearly 5,000 sqft, 6 master suites (5 kings, 1 queen), and a huge 8-bed bunk & bonus room (4 - twins over full bunks & its own bathroom), this home is perfect for family gatherings, retreats, and reunions.
The main level has a large great room with vaulted ceilings and beam accents. An oversized sofa and accent chairs provide ample seating for evening gatherings around the fireplace or watching TV on the 55" screen. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight. With a 48" 6 burner cook-top and side griddle, meals are a snap no matter the size of your group. Double ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 full-sized sinks, microwave, and a large kitchen island along with a fully stocked kitchen, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc keep you from slaving away in the kitchen and relaxing in no time. The large dining areas are split between 2 tables and have seating for 20 people plus additional island seating for 5.
The main level also includes 3 King master suites with private bathrooms. The first Master Suite (The Woods) is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed and elegant bedding, a stone fireplace, large windows, a chandelier, and a private access door to the patio & hot tub area. The adjoining bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub, and a tile shower. The second master suite (The National Parks) has a stone fireplace, king bed, and a large private bathroom with double vanity, tiled shower, and jetted tub. The third master suite (Navajo Room) also has a fireplace, king bed, and private full bath.
The laundry/mudroom on the main floor includes a full wall of built-in wood lockers for shoes and coats to keep all the gear organized. The laundry room is equipped with 2 sets of washers and dryers.
The upper level of the home has 3 more bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Two of the upstairs suites have king beds and one has a queen bed. Each room has beautiful designer furniture with ample closet space to store your belongings. All of these rooms have comfortable bedding and are accessorized to immediately make you feel right at home.
The upper level also houses the Bulk/Bonus room. The sleeping area includes 4 custom-built twins over 4 full bunks which can accommodate up to 12 people. A sectional in the bonus room and a large screen TV allow for fun movie gatherings. The bonus room has its own private bathroom with 3 sinks to make it accessible to a few users at the same time.
All rooms have large closets for storage.
Additional amenities include hairdryers in each bathroom, iron and ironing board, outdoor lounge and dining furniture, fire pit, hot tub for 6 people, and a built-in gas BBQ. This house is also equipped with 10 bikes in a range of sizes and a full-size ping pong table. (Please bring your own bike helmets as they are required for all children 16 yrs and younger if biking in Sunriver.)

Summary: Beautiful, immaculate home in a quiet serene community. Plenty of space for everyone. The living areas were perfect and the bedrooms/bathrooms were well appointed. The home had plenty of amenities, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the bikes on the property were used daily. The ping pong table was a fun activity for the adults in the evenings. Wonderful home and very attentive host.

Summary: We rented this home for a family gathering. It was perfect for our four families! The adults enjoyed peace in the spacious bedrooms and the cousin crew had a great time in the bunk room! The kitchen had every utensil/pan needed for cooking large meals. I highly recommend this home!

Summary: We had a fabulous time at this beautiful, well-appointed home in Caldera. Our group ranged in age from great grandchildren of 2 years old to great grandparents in their 80s. It is a perfect house for all ages. The home is well stocked from any type of kitchen item you would need to back up supplies in the laundry room for toiletries, batteries for the remote, etc. Loved having two dish washers for our large group. They also have two washer/dryers if needed. There were more than enough bikes, all in good condition. The large great room was perfect when we all wanted to be together. It was also nice that the back patio had ample seating for people to gather as well as the upstairs bonus room with a large TV and old school arcade game that the kids loved. Big fan too of the large dining room table that was perfect not just for meals but game nights too. We love Caldera and prefer staying there over Sunriver. Caldera is less busy, away from the crowds and very peaceful. However, Caldera is so close to Sunriver with easy access to bike trails, Sunriver Village, golf, Lodge, spa, etc. For us, staying in Caldera you are able to enjoy the best of both worlds. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquires and very easy to work with. We had an amazing trip and will definitely return. Trust me, you cannot go wrong renting this home. Just be prepared to relax and enjoy.

Summary: We visited the area for a family reunion. Our family loved the location, the home and amenities. Our family said this was the best reunion we have ever had. The home was well stocked and right by a walking path that our older family members really enjoyed. The rooms were spacious and some had fireplaces in the rooms! We spent many evenings sitting outside and enjoying meals. Stacy was incredibly responsive and helpful. We'd highly recommend this home.

Summary: We have been coming to Sunriver/Caldera Springs for many years for our annual family gathering and love it. There is so much to do for children and adults of all ages. This is the third time we have stayed in this home, which is perfect for our large family. We didn’t recognize it at first as there are new owners - and new furniture. The house is well stocked, the owner very nice and accommodating, as was the property manager, and we also appreciated that there were 14 bikes! We hope to rent again the next time we come to SR/CS.

Summary: We had a group of 15 people and never felt on top of each other. What a great house. The location is very nice being so close to the park/lawn area. The kids played soccer, baseball, corn hole and more over there. We found the house to have everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with enough place settings for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We cannot say enough about this rental. We felt like we were at the Four Seasons. The home is beautiful, spacious, well stocked and exceptionally clean. There wasn’t a cobweb on the back porch or a speck of dust inside the home when we arrived. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and amenities for the 17 people to enjoy. We got great use out of the bikes as well. The Caldera Springs pool/gym are a fantastic addition to the stay. Our large family has rented homes each summer in multiple destinations and this house is by far the most superior. We would definitely stay here again! Additionally, the owner went above and beyond. She helped us plan our trip before we arrived and was in constant contact throughout the trip. Highly recommend this property!
