Really enjoyed our stay at this luxury apartment near the waterfront in Barcelona! The views from the 5th floor patio were tremendous, and we really enjoyed two luxury touches: Many English language satellite television channels, even Sky Premier movie channels, and both a washer and separate dryer!

We could not have been happier with our 6 week stay here. The apartment is modern and beautiful with all of the amenities needed. It was a pleasure sitting on the balcony overlooking a main street in Barceloneta. The balcony is off the light and airy living room while the bedroom is in the rear of the apartment, overlooking a quiet street.
The location is ideal with restaurants, beach and harbour right there. Other key spots in Barcelona are within easy walking distance.
We will definitely rent this apartment again when we return to Barcelona.

The apartment is approximately 65m² (plus private roof terrace 30m²). Transportation nearby includes Buses, Trains at Estacio de Franca and Metro Station, Barceloneta within 3 minutes walk.
This apartment in Barceloneta accommodates up to 2 people maximum sleeping in 1 bedroom with 1 kingsize bed (180cm x 200cm) which has a memory-foam mattress, and no footboard. The apartment has 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Vitro-ceramic stove, coffee pot, kettle, toaster, electric oven, fridge, freezer. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with UK Channels (Freeview, Sky Premier Movies, Sky & BT Sports), silent air conditioning (machines on the roof), heating, super-fast wifi internet (from fibre optic connection, free and unlimited usage), washing machine and separate tumble dryer, designer furniture, pictures and original paintings. The building is modern and has a security video entry system and elevator.
Check in at 2pm and check out at 11am.
Check in after 9pm and check-out before 11am could incur an extra charge of €50 paid locally.
Damage deposit 400 euro. This will be automatically canceled / refunded after verifying the apartments condition upon your departure and that no breakages or damages have occurred during your stay.
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no guests permitted, maximum two people at all times.
The checkout cleaning is included only. Optional cleaning during your stay can be arranged at additional cost paid by you direct to the cleaner.
