Summary: We enjoyed this property immensely. From the real dishes and silverware to the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor fire pit. Everyone was able to enjoy the accommodations!

Summary: The property was lovely and Mason was super responsive any time we had a question or concern! We particularly enjoyed the yard with the pool/spa and fireplace. One thing to note is the office with futon has an open doorway to the kitchen, which I didn’t notice in the pictures. So we weren’t able to use it as a bedroom or as an office when privacy was needed. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom overlooking the pool and the Wi-Fi was good throughout the house and yard. The large capacity washer and dryer were great to have since our stay was for 3 weeks. The neighborhood was nice for walking our dog and we also walked to the Edison and For Winter Estates and to the downtown area. Overall it was a great stay!

Summary: We had a delightful stay @ El Prado Villa. Not only was the house meticulously clean, but the owners were also very welcoming and responsive. We found the house to be roomy for 3 of us and our dog, as well as very well updated and maintained (inside and out) for a home built in 1925. On the top floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms are very large and 1 is small w/ bunkbeds and a crib. The bathrooms are not very large, though I’m sure they were considered roomy when the home was built! On the main floor, there is a half bath and rooms where guests might sleep (we didn't, so if you need more than 3 BR, ensure it's ok those guests. E.g., one is a lovely, bright sunroom–those who prefer dark rooms to sleep might not like the sunroom). Indoors there are several spaces for those working remotely such as a small desk in the room next to the kitchen, as well as a large dining area and bar overlooking the kitchen. The wifi was steady and strong, we had no issues accessing wifi in the pool area. The HE washer and dryer are large capacity, front loading and seem new. The kitchen has a nice island for food prep. The neighborhood surrounding the home is very quiet and great for walking and running. The location is also very close to downtown Ft. Myers and its restaurants. Our only regret, because our schedules didn’t allow, was not visiting the Edison and Ford estates--both are nearby. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Summary: I have a land survey crew working in the area and hotels are very hard to come by. This home was perfect and my staff loved it. The host was very communicative.

Summary: This property was as listed. It had great decorating and unique charm making it cozy. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. This is a great location on McGregor with sidewalks along the main road. Publix and downtown are nearby. We did notice a few minor items that did not impact the stay needing repair which we notified the Owner about. It would have been nice to have a broom handy. Overall we enjoyed the stay and location. The host was great at communicating and answering questions. He was on property in the guest house which I was not expecting but we didn’t see him and it was completely separated from the home. The only negative we experienced was a grumpy neighbor who complained about our group being “noisy” in the pool at 2 pm in the afternoon and the hot tub taking too long to heat. Even if it had heated up, we likely would not have used in the evening due to the neighbor being sensitive to noise. The outside area was beautiful with the sunroom looking over. There are rules associated with the rental that we realized just before check in such as a 4 car limit and the quiet hours being from 8 am - 9:30 pm. Thank you for a great stay!
