You can appreciate wonderful views from the apartment. The house is located in a quiet place; you can go by foot or bicycle to town. All the services and entertainment activities are very close by. The small town Puerto de Pollensa has restaurants, shops, local market, sailing boats trips, water ski boats, and a supermarket.
Around the apartment: The apartment is located in the North area of Mallorca, an exceptional area in the island; here you can find Sierra de Tramuntana, a place chosen by famous painters due to the colours of its mountains, its sea, and green areas.
If you want to visit the surroundings, go to the small harbours with crystal waters with no crowds in Mallorca, they are easily access by foot.
If you like to sail, you can go there by boat.

Summary: We’ve been coming to Puerto Pollensa since I was a child and this is by far the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Prime location on the Pine Walk with direct access to the beach, next to a lovely pizzeria and a stone’s throw from the other restaurants and shops. Beautiful large balcony with sunshade perfect for breakfast and lunch outside. The apartment is newly renovated with brilliant air conditioning and all the mod cons. It is perfect if visiting in a large group as everyone has their own space. Communication with Margarita was brilliant. Would highly recommend!!

Summary: The property is fabulous in every way. The position is (in my opinion), is in the very best spot on the Pine Walk. The beach in front of the apartment is a narrow strip that narrows to nothing, where the sea then laps up to the wall. This almost gives the impression of having your own private strip of beach. I spent many happy hours sat on a beach chair relaxing whilst the sea lapped around my ankles. (When I wasn’t actually swimming in the wonderful bath temperature ocean). We were a group of 6 adults, a baby & a toddler and the apartment worked perfectly. The beauty of the location means that you can literally walk down the stairs straight onto the beach & into the sea. No planning required, no lugging bags, no joint decisions to be made. My morning routine (about 9.00) was a dip in the sea when the area was totally deserted, then back up to the balcony for a coffee & breakfast. Idyllic & perfect. A couple of minutes from town, a few yards to a Pizza place, and minutes to a variety of restaurants & bars, but whilst still being in a totally calm & relaxed spot. The apartment was very well equipped, with complimentary items in the fridge, fresh fruit and bottles of wine to welcome us. There is a small utility room with washing m/c and drying line which made washing clothes & sandy beach wear a breeze. There was an abundance of large beach towels. Coffee m/c, toaster etc etc etc. It goes on & on. Nothing I can think of that was lacking. The host Margarita was a joy to deal with, especially throughout the Covid period during which we had to postpone twice until we finally got there at the third attempt. I cannot recommend the property highly enough. I assume we will be back at the earliest opportunity. THANK YOU MARGARITA WONDERFUL.

Summary: We originally booked our holiday in 2019 but were only able to come this year due to the pandemic. It was so worth the wait. The location of the apartment is perfect with beach on the doorstop and the beautiful views over the bay. The apartment was well stocked and very comfortable. We had a magical time.

Summary: We were three generations and the house had all necessaties for adults as well as children. Clean, plenty of space, wi-fi, tv and Margarita made us feel very welcome in her communication. The beach just next to the house - marvellous and breathtaking. We can deeply recommend a holiday at Magarita's house.
