Summary: What you see is what you get loved the stay here and would for sure do it again if I’m out in Austin. Reasonably priced and distance to downtown is also very convenient. The Uber there is cheaper than parking. Loved the property.

Summary: I booked a small get-away for a concert at Emos. This property was a perfect location being mere minutes from the venue.Walking was definitely an option. You are minutes away from Walmarts and HEBs for any serious or minor necessities. The room was amazing and completely spotless. Communication was easy. Very professional and hospitable. They are definietly my "go-to" and would recommend!

Summary: My husband and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary in Austin. This place was so affordable and looked so cute! Booking was easy, Orianna was a wonderful and communicative hostess while even offered to allow us to check-in early, and overall we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived, it was midday during the week and it did feel that the outside of the apartments was not what we were expecting. There were people hanging out outside and seemed like some people weren’t up to any good. However, the inside was exactly as pictured and super comfortable. After the first night, any nervousness of the complex subsided as we noticed it is just a great variety of people. We saw college aged kids, working class, and some elderly people and nobody bothered us throughout the stay. It stays fairly quiet at the complex. The bed and waterfall shower were both so nice to have while on vacation!
