Positive: Everything was excellent and nice
Negative: Though the lighting system (dimming) is nice, I found it a bit complicated compared to normal usage. I suggest changing to a standard switch for easy use.

Positive: The lovely apartment was of large proportions and modernly styled and comfortable and was well equipped. The location was great for visiting the many main tourist attractions of Milan and had a lovely park close by. Most areas of interest were walkable within 25-30 mins, but if needed there is a local Metro station within a 5 mins walk and the Central railway station was a 25 min walk, where you can get a train to many interesting destinations, such as Lake Como or Bergamo The electronic door lock was convenient and easy to use after viewing the check in video, but beware that it could be very awkward if your battery on the mobile runs out!! Paulo was a great host and was easily contactable and responsive on What's App. She was very helpful in providing information and recommendations during our stay. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and well recommended.
Negative: We stayed for 7 nights and the noise coming from the restraunt and bars during the weekend could go on until the early hours of the morning. I appreciate that Milan is a busy city and although it didn't affect me, it could be annoying if you are a light sleeper. The many light switches were a bit of a challenge and I still had not mastered them after 7 days😊

Positive: The location was perfect for dining, riding metro, walking to the Duomo/Galleria,etc. The host took the time to personally meet us at checking in to show the apartment. At check out she helped us get a taxi to the airport. My 82-YO mom was with us, and using a walker. She was very accommodating to let us check in earlier and check out later. There were 6 of us, and the apartment has 3 full Bath Rooms, so that was helpful. The best part was the host' personal connection with us. We would stay there again.
Negative: I can't think of anything we didn't like.
Summary: It was our last night in Milan, and it was a perfect location and facility to rest and explore.

Positive: Host was very attentive, location was great, few small barsa and restaurants nearby. lovely park across the road and a 20 minute walk into the centre of town (Duomo). 5 minutes from large metro station.
Negative: The key for the apartment was an e-key on your phone and it was tricky to lock the dorr and also you had to ensure phone battery was charged all the time which on one evening we had to turn phone off to ensure we was not locked out
