Positive: Apartments are comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Everything met our expectations, but the best parts are really big shower (with no water leaking anywhere, very rare quality for Greek apartments), garden and private parking. Staff is very welcoming and available for any info or help. I would highly recommend these apartments and would gladly return. One last thing - we were in smaller apartments which were spacious enough for three people, but bigger apartments on the upper floor are truly impressing when it comes to size and comfort.
Negative: The only thing that can bother you is noise from the local road that is next to the apartments.

Positive: We stayed in a cozy, clean, and well-equipped apartment which made our holiday very nice and relaxing. The location is great, close to the beach with crystal clear waters, 1 min driving to a well-stocked supermarket, few minutes walking to restaurants. The owners and the staff are very kind people. We highly recommend Marianna Apartments for anyone looking for fine and problem-free accommodation in Neos Marmaras.

Positive: Very comfortable, practical and clean apartment. Close to the beach. Nice backyard with a small playground.
Negative: The living room is not great for sleeping - traffic noise and an uncomfortable bed. The bedroom is great for sleeping.

Positive: Apartment was big, bed was comfortable, you have everything you need there. Internet was good, you could work from there.
Negative: You are not far from beach which has blue flag, but you have to walk down the road which has no sidewalk, this takes a way a little bit from location. You can always drive those 300-400 meters if you want though.
