Designed with tranquility in mind, our fully furnished Beach House offers a complete seaside paradise with all colors and textures evoking seaside serenity. Complete with luxury linens, completely equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, patio table, deck loungers, outdoor heater plus ultra comfortable indoor furniture. Other extras include a 2- car garage, endless hot water from the tankless water heater, 3 TVs with cable, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, abundant storage and access to local private pool and clubhouse.
Surrounded by luxury homes and watercraft, this location is one of the few fully furnished waterfront homes available to rent. We are 5 minutes from the world-famous Silver Strand Beach and provide full use of bicycles and also kayaks that you can launch from our own private dock. We are 5 miles from the City of Coronado and 4 miles to Imperial Beach; walk or bike to nearby Calypso Cafe or dine and play at the members-only Coronado Cays Yacht Club.
Thoughtfully remodeled in 2017, the Beach House features carefully chosen furnishings and decor. All the stone stone, granite and tile is calming and cooling. Furniture is beach-chic and extremely comfortable with total relaxation in mind.
Coronado living is incredibly unique. It's the only waterfront residential community south of Newport Beach - and without the crowds. It's a lifestyle of year-round sun-soaked days, endless stretches of pristine beaches and refreshing waves. Explore the bay by bike, in a kayak or paddleboard, fish the bay and the ocean or the city pier for free.
Coronado offers fine dining, upscale shopping in addition to funky shops, theater, golf and of course some of the most pristine and beautiful beaches in the world Travel between the Cays and the City of Coronado is easy by dedicated bicycle trail or by shuttle along the Silver Strand Highway.
Known for its preservation of sea life and interesting plant life, Silver Strand State Beach is home to sand dollars, snowy plovers and grunions. It is a 5 minute walk to this gem. It is also the area’s finest recreation destination where visitors and locals can enjoy camping, swimming, surfing, boating, water-skiing and volleyball, just to name a few. The Beach House comes stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful beaches including bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and beach towels.
Walk or bike over to the Loews Resort Hotel rent a boat, then cruise back to your own private dock for refreshments or a relaxing lunch before getting back on the water. Be sure to enjoy all the wonderful amenities this neighboring seaside hotel has to offer including; gourmet and casual dining with expansive outdoor areas surrounded by warm fire tables. The Sea Spa at the Loews must not be missed with tropical body treatments that can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors. The marina at the Loews is a great spot to rent jet skis, sailboats and so much more.
Please note that owners may have their private watercraft parked at the dock at 82 Antigua. If you are bringing your own boat, please notify the owner in advance. We can find a nearby dock that can accommodate up to a 30 foot boat.

Summary: Would like to have had more sunny days but enjoyed walks in cool air and waterfront neighborhoods.Out door furniture coverings need to be replaced as they are very tattered and permit wind and water to reach furniture.Outside Entrance stairs were a climb when carrying groceries, etc..Did not appreciate and surprised by small live camera in corner of livingroom. Mentioned to landlord/owner husband.

Summary: What a great home away from home as we spent a month at this large, updated condo on the silver strand of Coronado with a large balcony overlooking the boat canal. Facing west, we had gorgeous sunsets. The owners were very friendly and responsive to anything we needed and they provided a fully stocked pantry ready for us to enjoy, along with all the cookware and extras that you could possibly need. It's just a 10 minute pleasant stroll to the beach within this nice community and a few minutes drive to all the shops, restaurants and grocery stores in Coronado Village. We loved it and will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Coronado.

Summary: The unit was immaculate and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the floors were easy to clean. Very convenient access to some of the finest beaches on the west coast of the United States. Great sunset views. Five stars all around. We would absolutely stay there again.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Coronado Cays property. Everything was exactly as pictured, and the owners were amazing, even decorating for Xmas and leaving us a bottle of wine. It is very peaceful and quiet which we loved, just a short stroll to the beach which was not at all crowded. We would love to stay there again and we usually always try out new places but for us this was pretty perfect.
