General description.
Luxury house with unbeatable views of the sea, in one of the most privileged urbanizations of the town of Conil de la Frontera. This urbanization has large gardens, located a few minutes walk from the wonderful beach of La Fontanilla (with the famous restaurant of the same name).
New luxury house with marvellous sea views, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Conil de la Frontera, sourrounded by gardens. Just a few minutes walking distance from the Fontanilla Beach, where you will find the best restaurants in town.
Without using the vehicle we can enjoy a sports complex with paddle tennis, tennis, soccer fields, basketball, indoor heated pool, playground for children, guided activities. As well as medical centers, pharmacies and supermarkets.
Next to our house, you will find a sport complex with padel and tennis courses, soccer, basket, indoor swimming pool, children area, and more activities; as well as a Medical Center, Pharmacies and some supermarkets.
In Conil we also have a wide selection of bars and restaurants, which make it an excellent option both day and night.
Conil is really famous due to its wide variety of restaurants and night clubs, being a fantastic place to really enjoy day and night life.

Two floors
Lower level: Parking space for two vehicles. Entrance, which on the left leads to a large living-dining area from which we can see the pool and its water curtain, with access to the terrace and garden. For the furniture, natural oak has been chosen, being furnished with a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, four chairs, coffee table, two-person puff, Smart TV satellite TV, fireplace. The dining room table measures 1.90 X 0. 95 meters can accommodate 6-8 people. The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, XL oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen robot, television, work table in natural oak of more than three meters, having access from the kitchen to The terrace and the garden. To the right of the entrance we have a bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) equipped with built-in wardrobe and TV, and a bathroom with thermostatic shower.
Ground Floor: Parking for two vehicles. Entering the house, on the left side, you will find a big dining room area, with nice views to the pool and its water courtain, with direct access from the room.
Upper level: We find the master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 200 m), television and large dressing room. Double bedroom with two beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) with wardrobe and tv. Double bedroom with two beds (0.90 x 200 m), wardrobe, television. Full bathroom with thermostatic shower.
The environment
Conil offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities, located in a unique environment in southern Spain, surrounded by pine forests and the Atlantic Ocean.
Apart from being an ideal place for any water sport, you can go cycling or hiking, go horse riding or just enjoy a walk along the kilometer beaches of fine sand.
A walk through the narrow streets of the old town reveals the historical roots of this beautiful town. The typical low and white houses with their beautiful courtyards, the city gate and several towers, the Baroque Church and the newly rebuilt Monastery, all are well preserved testimonies of the different historical eras that this town has lived through.

Summary: The House is beautiful located. It's only a 8 Minute Walk to reach the Fontanilla Beach. The Owners are super friendly and do their best to make you feel comfy and Home. The House is lovely decorated. The Kitchen is Perfect equiped for Cooking With the whole family. The view From the Master bedroom is marvellous. All in all a Perfect Place to Enjoy a stay in Conil.

Summary: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the house. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures, maybe even better because there is a small urban garden which isn't shown in the pictures. The location is also very good, as it's walkable to the most interesting parts of Conil, including the beach. The host is also really nice. He answers quickly to any questions and is willing to help with any requests you have. For example, on request, we got 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots for the children. I would recommend anyone visiting Conil to book your stay here.

Summary: We had the most amazing time in Conil. The property was perfect, very clean, comfortable, walking distance to a lovely beach and very close to the old town. Manuel and Irene were very helpful, always ready to give us advice about where to go and what to do in the area. I will definitely go back to stay in this property.

Summary: A really well designed house that comfortably accommodates 8 people (2 per bedroom). The light, it's combination with the arrangement of windows and trees allows for thinking and relaxing. The hosts are amazing and made us feel very welcome. Looking forward to visiting again.

Summary: Our family of 4 spent 7 nights here in July. The house, location, and host were excellent. The house is spacious, modern, stylish, and relatively new. The neighborhood is still being built out with other similar homes. Even with construction of several houses nearby we were not bothered by construction noise. The water feature on the pool did a great job creating “white noise”. The pool is saltwater which we appreciated. Most importantly, the central air conditioning works great, even by American standards. It was unusually hot during our visit but the air conditioning was never lacking There are individual thermostats in each room. The bedrooms have blackout shades which helped with keeping the rooms dark for sleeping. We ate many meals at the backyard dining table. The outdoor dining table is shaded from the sun in the afternoon by the house. There are several large umbrellas that can be positioned to shade the dining table from the sun in the morning. The front and side of the house has a well cared for garden including a lime tree, a lemon tree, grape vines, and various herbs that are available for the guests to consume. There were also multiple beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, and a surfing bodyboard for guests to use. The equipment was in good condition. There is a washing machine in the kitchen that worked well. There isn’t a tumble dryer, but there are clotheslines on the side of the house, and in the hot July sun our clothes became dry faster on the clothesline than in our large American dryer at home. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We cooked multiple meals at the house during our stay. It is a short and easy walk to the beach. There’s a cliff side path that provides an easy way to walk into the center of Conil with views of the ocean for most of the walk. We enjoyed being close to town while also being far enough that we weren’t bothered by crowds or noise. There is a large car pad behind a private gate. We rented a Subaru Outback and had plenty of space. There are multiple large grocery stores nearby with easily accessible parking. The hosts are wonderful. They clearly care for the house and the gardens, and do a good job keeping the house spotless and well maintained. Also they were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house to others.
