The cabin is part of the charming and popular Kingfisher Cove lakefront cottage community. The home shares 200 feet of pristine Goshorn Lake frontage, 17 acres of woods, an association pool, boardwalks, nature trails and Lake Michigan breezes.
This cabin is perfect in every way; a romantic hideaway for a weekend getaway, a family vacation with the kids, or with a group of friends; you will be delighted with this fantastic cabin. You will find a cozy, warm and down to earth place - with the little luxuries and amenities that make your vacation complete, memorable and fun!
The cabin has everything you need to feel comfortable and pampered during your stay with us.
The kitchen is fully stocked for family meals or for entertaining. It features premium counter tops, stainless appliances, coffee maker, ice maker and so much more! Dine inside in the dining room, outside in the screened in patio or in the back yard at the picnic table. The indoor dining area features seating for eight -- great for meals as well as board games of which there is a great selection in the house. There is also two booster seats and a high chair for the little ones. Located just off the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.
The great room has an enormous remote control gas fireplace perfect for winter get away or cool summer nights. The cabin also has two TV’s with basic cable, two DVD players, Apple TV and a 5G secure wireless internet connection keep you connected to the outside world … if you can break away from the fun.
There unlimited access to the heated association pool (seasonally available), which is located a very short walk away! Goshorn Lake is just a few steps farther down the boardwalk where you can cast a line or row your kayak in peace and quiet. Bring the bikes to take the new bike path into Saugatuck. Bring plenty of food so you can grill out in the back yard or go to any number of great restaurants nearby.

Summary: Very cute property. Had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of kitchen and laundry supplies. Plenty of seating. Only 2 issues, ice maker in the freezer didn't work, messaged the owner, ended up googling how to fix it, still didn't work. The upstairs bathroom window had no covering. From inside the shower we looked out through the trees to the business on the other side of the road and watched people going in and out. In the summer this wouldn't be a concern, but there were very few leaves during our visit. Showers in the dark... (also messaged the owner hoping they had something available in the house, nope...)

Summary: The cabin exceeded our all of our expectations. The instructions sent beforehand were clear. The cabin was spotless and well stocked. It was homey and spacious at the same time. The decor was was fun. The location was super convenient. We are hope to come back!

Summary: Came to Saugatuk for our daughter’s wedding. This cabin was perfect, right down the road from the venue. It’s cozy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Summary: We spent Thanksgiving here with our son and his wife. It was a cold weekend and this was a lovely, cozy home to gather in. Plus the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking some rather elaborate meals. The knives were dull, but that’s to be expected in a rental. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Five adult family members stayed at the cabin for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The cabin is warm and welcoming. It is very clean, and well kept. The only possible negative I could offer is that it is located close to a fairly busy road, and we could hear the road noise at night. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

Summary: This lodge was so clean, plenty of room for 5 women, kitchen was stocked. Beds very comfortable, quiet & very safe location. Pool & walking trail a big plus. Only contacted our host once prior to trip & Brian responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
