This gorgeous home sits on two lots on the corner of intersecting wide canals on dual culdesac roads. The large King Master has a walk-in closet, enormous bathroom with tub & separate walk-in shower, dual sinks, and its own French Doors out to the lanai. There's an additional Master King Suite on the opposite side of the home with Huge Walk-In Shower also with French Doors out to the Lanai. The 3rd Queen Bedroom is down the hall with adjacent full Bath with tub. There is a large office, formal living & dining rooms, Huge Eat-In Kitchen with Viking Propane Stove, subzero refrigerator, ice maker & wine cooler, double islands, one with counter stools, all open to the family room with corner sliding doors opening the inside to the outside. The Screened Lanai is enormous with a covered living area with additional seating, an outdoor TV, Propane Grill, Plenty of Outdoor Patio Furniture, A large heated Pool & Spa with plenty of space for lounging in or out of the sun. Summary: As soon as I saw the listing for this house I knew it was the one for our vacation. The house was beautiful and spotless upon arrival. It checked all our boxes, two separate master bedrooms, pool and spa, large porch with a television and a wonderful view of the canal with a large sea wall for fishing and watching the sun rise or set. We love the Punta Gorda area and hope to return again soon.

Summary: Gorgeous property, we enjoyed watching the fish jump down the canal, the pool & hot tub were awesome as well was the weather!! We biked the neighborhood and to Publix with the bikes provided by the owner. Would definitely recommend this well equipped home.

Summary: From the moment you walk through the front door the views let you know this is paradise. The home is bright spacious and very clean. There is plenty of room for family, comfy furniture and beds! The pool and spa were spectacular and we spent lots of time on the lanai looking down the canal, we even spotted a dolphin! Steven & Tiffany were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property and owners without hesitation.
