***MUST have 4-wheel drive and/or snow tires in winter. The driveway is steep. At 9,000+ ft elevation, we can get some unpredictable weather.
Gilpin County does an excellent job of clearing the roads and we have a reliable service that will plow the driveway anytime there’s more than 4” of snow. Although uncommon, if there is a large snowstorm, it could take longer for the plows to get to the driveways as they cover many of the properties in the area.
