Positive: The place was super clean, the staff did everything they could to accommodate us and always offered help with getting around! The room was beautiful, all facilities worked splendidly, and the honey cakes provided at breakfast were heavenly!!!

Negative: I don’t have many complaints, maybe the only thing is that we can’t open the gates ourselves but that doesn’t inhibit us from parking right in front of the hotel or asking them to open it. The roads to get there can be kind of confusing but nothing a little extra vigilance can’t solve!

Positive: New hotel, well decorated, confortable bed, nice sheets and towels, toiletries provided. Nice garden and patio. Parking space inside the property. Owner very friendly, welcoming and ready to help at any time! We felt at home. One of the nicest place we stayed in Armenia.

Positive: Everything was perfect! I spent 1 night and tbh I should have booked more. I plan to come back in this clean and beautiful place. Thanks to all the staff, they were really kind and welcoming. Also, the guesthouse is well located.

Positive: The hotel property is exceptionally lovely in every way. The decor is great. The tiles all over are so beautiful. The beds are ultimately the best I slept on. The staff are amazing and assist with anything. I recommend this place the best of every where. Hospitality at its best. .

Positive: The hosts were incredibly welcoming and flexible. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room at no extra cost. They always replied immediately, everything was spotlessly clean, and they gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring the area. They also invited us to enjoy wine, coffee, and tea with them, which made us feel truly at home. They were exceptionally friendly, warm, and genuinely hospitable. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.

Negative: The only thing we didn’t particularly like was that, after the first night, our clothes had been folded and put away in the wardrobes during room cleaning. While we appreciate the intention to keep the room tidy, we would have preferred if our personal belongings had been left untouched.

Summary: Exceptional hospitality, a spotless room, and incredibly warm hosts made our stay really comfortable.

Positive: This family run hotel is a true wonder. Everything is state of the art, very curated and extremely functional. Everything is pristine. Our room was extremely spacious, with nice sofa and two comfortable chairs. The owner, Vahe and his employees are extremely welcoming and ready to help and give advices. It is until now the best accommodation we had in Armenia and we truly regret having spent only one night there.
