El departamento esta en el noveno piso de una cómoda torre con parqueadero privado y acceso por medio de ascensor, en su interior tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con estufa a inducción, horno eléctrico, extracto de humo, refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, sanduchera, licuadora, utensilios de cocina, lavadora. En el área social cuenta con mesa de comedor para 6 personas, mesón desayunador y una sala confortable, todos ubicados estratégicamente para tener una excelente vista de la ciudad, y en su exterior un amplio balcón.
