Summary: The location of this VRBO was great. It had a great pool area right on the canal which was also a water taxi stop. The suite was really nice but because it is a VRBO, the hotel does not supply anything extra to you. My boyfriend and I were only there for 3 days but only got one roll of toilet paper provided. If we were staying there longer it would have been nice to get a list of stuff that you should bring on your own. But it was conveniently located near a Publix about a 3 minute walk away and the beach was probably 7 minutes. Overall it was a great stay.

Summary: We arrived after long flight from Europe and despite our reservation for 4 person , there was only 1 quenn bed for 2 persons prepared. The host didnt reply to our messages, and if there wouldnt be kind receptionist at reception, we had to sleep on a carpet maybe. Until now no apollogize from the host and no answer.

Summary: The property was clean and spacious enough for two people. The grocery store was only a block and a half away and there were nice restaurants also within walking distance. We didn’t need a car and used Uber to get to and from the airport. The outdoor restaurant and pool were very nice. The beach was also within walking distance. The property faces East Sunrise Boulevard so traffic noise was definitely audible…but not a problem for us.

Summary: This property was excellent. Owner good to work with. The only disappointment was the photos make it appear close to the beach than it is. Need to be specific in listing how far a walk it is (83 year old mom in tow)

Summary: This is a very good location. Just like anywhere in Fort Lauderdale parking is not included and you cannot park at the mall overnight. So plan on the 37 per day valet which was fine for us. We loved all of the furnishings and design to the condo. Jason the owner is very responsive and easy to deal with, we would stay here again!
