Not only do you have awesome ocean views from the 8th floor in one of Salinas' best high-rises but you have all the conveniences of home. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room , formal dinning for six, a large ocean view living area with DVDTV and high speed internet throughout the unit. All our furnishings and linens are high quality and chosen to compliment our overall design. You also can enjoy a large sea front terrace with table and chairs that is perfect for candlelight dinners, early morning breakfasts or just relaxing in the sounds of the ocean. We also feature state of the art remote controlled ac units that are super quite and quickly cool the room. The large master bedroom has an excellent ocean view, a custom made Queen bed, a spacious private bath and a DVD TV. The "Sweet Dreams" 2nd bedroom comes with a Queen bed and a private bath and is designed for those who like maximum quietness with less light. The 3rd bedroom has an ocean view with 2 extra wide twin beds, and private bath. You can enjoy our large pool and gym and make reservations for your private use of one our two "open to the stars" Jacuzzi hot tubs, Steam sauna, or Turkish dry sauna or just lounge away the hours on our large open deck area. From our tremendous central location you can conveniently take early morning walks on the beach and breezy evening strolls on the Malecon or dance until late in the night at a local disco as our building provides 24 hour security and staff. Also you can easily access all the many water sports and cruises for which Salinas is famous and enjoy its wonderful sidewalk cafes and Malecon restaurants as well as the new municipal pier without having to take a taxi. We also offer private secure garage parking in a separate parking facility for one car at no extra charge. Maid service is available for an extra fee as is transportation to and from the airport in Guayaquil.

Summary: Could not use oven. Or the dishwasher. We had a great time except for the couch and bed were as hard as the floor. We took the couch backs and put on the bed. Helped out some. Ppl are great here. Everyone was so helpful. Clean, plenty of room.

Summary: Phills place is great, all the things you need and right across the street from the beach. The public places have a pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room and some game tables. Good Wifi. The suggested restaurants were spot on. I will book again

Summary: 3 bedroom with 3 baths. Access to beach is across a one way street. Good food available all round the condo. If you prefer to eat out although the condo has most every you need to prepare your meals there. You are provided a well prepared welcome kit. Information on how to! and where to shop . Phil communicates well and is very helpful.

Summary: Phil's Paradise is located in one of the nicest buildings on the Salinas. My wife and I have been here over a month. Overlooking the ocean, it is exactly as pictured, with the art work giving it the finishing touch. As a cook, the kitchen has a five burner stove, gas/electric oven as well as MW, open to the main room, has been great. Checkin was seamless as Phil has a lock box, which is always handy. Phil has been very helpful in local questions. As a long time renter, I highly recommend Phil's Paradise.

Summary: Property was good for the price. Very accessible to everything offered of Salinas. Other than the mixup of the place not being clean b4 we got there. All else was good. Manager/owner Phil Kenner has offered a refund on the cleaning fees. Im waiting for that soon. I advised him of issues and he responded within good time. Great view of both the ocean & the city.

Summary: Lively place, great location. Well equipped. We were a bit taken aback by an extensive and expensive inventory, especially when the inventory was inaccurate and a number of the items were missing. The guest manual for example indicated we would have to pay US$100 for a missing microwave plate. However, the owner later told us he just had not updated the guest manual or removed the inventory listing. We were there during carnival so found it a bit noisy but one of the bedrooms has no windows and is quieter. Great air conditioning!
