In Cénac, in lush greenery on the Bordeaux hillsides of the right bank of BORDEAUX (UNESCO CITY), you will stay in a beautiful modern house with all mod cons.
The house, with an area of 180 m2, consists of:
LIFE AREA:
Large open space, including a living room with comfortable 6-seater sofa, large TV screen, WIFI internet, a dining room with large table for 6/8 people, a fully equipped American kitchen area (oven, microwave, hob, fridge with ice maker, nespresso + normal coffee maker. The kitchen consists of a double island (cooking and meals) and has an adjoining pantry. There is a toilet in the entrance.
PARENTS AREA:
Parental suite composed of a bedroom with large double bed 160x200 with direct terrace / jacuzzi access, large dressing room, large bathroom with double sink, large Italian shower, WC and a SAUNA
ADO AREA:
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 and its private bathroom, basin + shower
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190, integrated wall cupboard
- 1 bedroom with single bed 90x190, integrated wall cupboard
- 1 bathroom, double sink + bathtub
BASEMENT AREA:
Garage for 2 cars will allow you to park your car, in the shade and in the cool, dry and sheltered. Direct access from the inside.
OUTSIDE AREA:
The whole of the living area, facing south, forest view, opens in three places through the bay window (doors disappear in the walls) opening 2.40 total by panels on a wooden terrace height of 70 m2 incorporating 2 separate outdoor dining areas, a PLANCHA cooking area as well as a jaccuzi / spa relaxation area at 39 °. It overlooks a second terrace below accessible directly by stairs which it consists of a 'sunbathing' area and the 10x5 swimming pool bordered by a raised embankment.
Large grassy garden of 1500m2.
Neither too close, to be calm, Nor too far, for your visits and discovery of this beautiful city that is BORDEAUX.
You will also be close to the vineyards and the magnificent village of Saint-Emilion to name a few, there are so many, you can taste many Bordeaux wines there ...
Ocean beaches:
They are accessible to your goodwill: A single figure that says it… long: 250 kilometers of ocean coast! Aquitaine simply has the largest sandy beach in Europe. To which we can add another 500 kilometers of banks along the lakes, estuary and ponds.
The Arcachon basin:
The sumptuous ARCACHON BASIN is also to be seen, its beaches, its villages, its ports, its oyster beds ...

Summary: As a family of 5 (3 kids) we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. Everything was working as expected, the space was well organized and plentiful. Home from home feeling. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about local area with plenty of tips and recommendations. It’s not often you get a heated pool and a hot tub and a sauna all in one place. This was a luxury. Everything was prefect at the house and the only thing to note is the wood decking around the pool and terrace was rough in places resulting in splinters. We got wise to it and wore sandals or flip flops. Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

Summary: Would highly recommend this Villa. We had the most amazing time here. Villa is stunning and everything you need. Lovely quiet location. Host are really lovely, great communication and recommend places to go etc. Bordeaux 15/20 mins away from Villa,was lovely and very pretty at nightime. Arcachon Bay is a lovely beach. Carrefour in Beagles is big and sells loads, this is within a shopping mall which is great.. 10mins away from villa. So glad we came across this lovely villa and lovely hosts! Summary: Warm welcome from Sophie and Loic. Accomodation and surroundings were well explaniert. House has fullfilled every wish, is quiet, has direct connection to many places. Super suitable for families with teenagers.

Summary: We stayed at this house with our family and it was great. The house itself is very spacious and looks good from the inside as well as the outside. Very big and modern kitchen. The terrace and garden are also great places to be. Especially the jacuzzi is a nice addition to the house. There is also plenty to explore in the neighbourhood. Loïc is also very helpful. Amongst other things he for example helped us pick a restaurant. Last but definitely not least, he even helped me with my car when I was about to leave and my car showed a red battery indicator light (turned out there was a broken bolt from the alternator, Loïc put in a new one for me). Thanks again for everything!

Summary: We stayed at this lovely house for two weeks and had a brilliant time. The house is amazing! Very spacious, exceptionally clean and has everything you could possibly need. The outside space is very private and the pool is lovely. The kids spent hours playing in the pool! Use of the garage was also great for keeping the car cool on hot days. The area is very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday but also close to Bordeaux, Saint Emilion, Arcachon etc for day trips. Loic welcomed us on our arrival and spent time settling us in and giving us advice on places to visit and restaurants to go to. He was also available via email or WhatsApp if we had any questions or problems. We would love to return one day and have been recommending it to friends and family. Summary: We had the privilege of staying at Loic and Sophie’s beautiful house for two weeks this summer. The house was beautifully designed to capture the sunshine at all times of the day, including a spectacular sunset view from the upper deck every evening. The house was spotlessly clean, well stocked and perfect for a family to stay in. The outside eating and cooking areas were a treat to use and the pool area very comfortable and entertained us and the children especially for hours every day. The location of the house is excellent, a bakery and restaurant in the local village and the opportunity to explore Bordeaux in a 20/30 minute drive. We also explored the other direction of Saint Emilion and Libourne which were great days out along with trips to the beach at Arcachon. Thanks for a holiday to remember!

Summary: We arrived after a busy trip to Paris and this property was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay! The house is amazing, the rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean with tasteful modern furnishings and facilities. There is plenty of outside space. The pool is a great size and felt very private, and the veranda is perfectly situated to follow the sun throughout the day. Our teenage children loved the jacuzzi - also exceptionally clean - and my husband enjoyed the sauna. In fact the property was so lovely we almost didn’t need to go anywhere else! We did however visit Bordeaux which is a really beautiful city, and we walked to Chateau Brethaus nearby where we were warmly welcomed with an informative tasting session. The village is very peaceful and the nearby Super U had everything we needed, as well as a superb pizza kiosk! Loic and Sophie are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome in their home. Thank you so much for a lovely week!

Summary: We had a great week. The house is immaculate, really well laid out and well stocked. Having a garage to keep your car secure and cool is a big plus. The swimming pool and hot tub are awesome, and the outdoor BBQ was great. Aircon came in handy as it was average 36 in the afternoons very warm! Loic and Sophie are excellent hosts and spent time settling us in and giving us tips what to do. The aquapark at Biscarosse is well worth a visit (although no toilets or changing facilities) as is Chateau Brethaus which is just around the corner. Also Marche Capucins was excellent with plenty of food stalls full of local produce! Overall a great week and perfect house for relaxing just close enough to Bordeaux, whilst being quiet and undisturbed. My only watch out is - it is approx 1.5hrs from Arcachon and the coast which is an easy drive there but the traffic is constantly crawling on the way back so allow for a longer return trip!
