(Although the home sleeps 6, we can often accommodate families with small children up to 8 guests maximum.)
Parking: There is plenty of room for 2 vehicles to be parked in front of the garage. (Sorry, the garage is not available). You can usually find at least 1 additional spot for parking around the pool. Be sure to keep a parking pass in car.
Boat and RV parking are not allowed in Sunserra, but ask about dry boat storage near the marina for a fee of approximately $40/nt.

The Sunserra heated pools and hot tubs are open weather permitting, typically starting in May through September. The hot tubs are typically open year-round.

Summary: This place was perfect. We had 28 family members staying at different properties and we were all in walking distance to each other. This was the first family vacation we have had with all 28 of us together and we had a fabulous time. The host always got right back to us and the place was so clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well.
