This newly built custom home is a little slice of heaven. It is one of the few unique properties on the ranch with a private pool (seasonal) and breathtaking protected Cascade Mountain views on 1.3+ acres. Enjoy luxurious features throughout this home and amazing sunsets around the outdoor fire pit. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has a jetted tub, heated floors, and a large shower and walk-in closet. The guest wing provides privacy for other family members or friends with their own full private bathroom. The main level has a room with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom on the main floor across the hall. The theater room offers a great space for movies and surround-sound entertainment, with the ability to fold out 2 full-size beds from the sofa bed and a Murphy bed in a shared room. The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 and the 4th bedroom/media room sleeps another optional 2 on these pull-out full-size beds for a maximum of 8 adults (or around 10 if with children).

The garage can accommodate 1 car, and the driveway can accommodate an additional 3 cars for a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed to park at this home. The golf carts are for private owner use only. There are games, pickle ball and tennis rackets and balls, 4 bikes for use (adult or teen), a foosball table, etc. Free WiFi. Guest wing room TV and jetted tub TV in the primary bathroom are app-based only. All other TVs have both apps and Dish Network channels. There is a private deck off the primary bedroom as well as a desk with a docking station. Additional tables and chairs are available at the home. The kitchen has a large pantry stocked with essentials, an outdoor BBQ, a fire pit, and necessities for the pool. ***The pool season for heating is May through September and is kept at 85 degrees (warmer during summer with the sun). This home is owner-managed. We occupy several weeks per year and "VRBO" on a limited basis.
Brasada Ranch is an award-winning, fantastic place to visit in Central Oregon (Powell Butte). The ranch is also about 20 minutes from Bend, Redmond, and Prineville. Bend is known for its outdoor adventure and award-winning craft breweries. There is a long list of fun activities with rivers, lakes, and mountains. Hiking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, mountain biking, white-water rafting, etc. Smith Rock is also close by for great hiking, views, and historic rock climbing. Check out all the fantastic restaurants and tour the breweries, antique shops, and socializing that Bend and Redmond offer.
*** See below regarding resort fees that Brasada charges. We greatly discount the nightly rate for this luxury home to help offset these additional required costs, which are added to the estimated total before booking when confirming the number of guests.
Please note that there is a non-negotiable, per day per person, resort charge for all guests six years of age and older, which will be charged to your reservation after booking. These will be collected before your stay. Due to the resort fee, we try to retain below-market rents for this luxury home understanding the added cost to the Brasada rental. The resort fee provides guests with access to golf, spa, multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), fitness room, open-air peloton studio, tennis, horseback tours, hiking trails, stocked ponds for fishing, kids center, and daily kids activities (some advanced reservations and additional fees may apply). There will be a resort registration document required to complete via DocuSign to match the number of guests on your reservation. Resort Charge rates are below.
May 24 - October 1 = $65/person/day
October 2 - May 23, = $36/person/day
Our guests can access the Brasada Ranch Athletic Center pool and hot tub facilities but cannot use the Cascade member-only pool and hot tub.
- Up to 10 guests may use the Brasada Ranch amenities simultaneously.
- Guests may not utilize or park RVs, off-road vehicles, trailers, or other large vehicles at this property. Violations will be fined starting at $200.
- Please submit the required registration form at least 48 hours before arrival, or there will be a $150 late fee.
Please see below also on policy changes during specific peak dates for the athletic center and pools. Our home is one of the few with a private pool, which is heated during these dates for use.

Blackout Dates: To ensure the best experience for all Members, Owner Guests will not be provided access to the Athletic Club over the following peak season dates:
July 4-6, 2025
August 30-31, 2025
Owner Guest Fees: The Owner Guest Fee, charged per person per night, will be waived during the Blackout Dates. An updated Owner Guest Registration Form will be available later this year for the 2025 Club Year.
Golf Club Use: Currently, Owner Guests may play golf on Brasada Canyons daily after 3pm. Starting April 1, 2025, we are pleased to announce that Owner Guests may play after 1pm, outside the Golf Member tee times. Owner Guests registered with The Club (using the Owner Guest Registration Form) may make tee times up to 30 days in advance.
Maximum Guests: The maximum number of Owner Guests permitted to use The Club will be two per bedroom in your home, unchanged from previous years.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Please treat the home as you would your own, with care.
