Positive: The house is beautifully designed and in a great location in central Windsor. communication before and during our stay was excellent, with how to videos provided for everything. Was lovely to arrive to fresh flowers, champagne and a welcome card. we loved spending time between the kitchen and the garden which was beautiful. the kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to cook for a large group. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was really helpful - and they were all luxurious. We enjoyed playing croquet on the lawn, and sitting out in the garden. Would definitely come back and stay again, and wouldnโ€™t hesitate to recommend.
Negative: It was all spot on!

The house was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and get a good nightโ€™s sleep. The location was convenient, and everything was easy to access. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly stay again or recommend it to others.

Positive: A beautiful house that is exqipped with everything you could possibly want. A huge backyard that the kids had a great time playing in, a video arcade room, croquet set, huge house with comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, lots of kids toys and books. There were videos on how to use everything in the house. It was one of the nicest Air Bnbโ€™s we have ever stayed at. The owner Mark was so accommodating and helpful. He was very responsive and did a lot of nice little touches, ie., champagne, milk, bouquet of beautiful roses, gave wonderful tips on restaurants to visit, shops, etc. we will come back again. It was lovely.

Positive: Everything: the house, how beautiful, comfy and clean it is, the advice and support we received both before and during our stay. A lovely place made possible by people that clearly love this place and what they are doing. There is also something else that I don't think comes across that clearly when looking at the pictures: how great this house is if you have kids in terms of safety and equipment available. The shed with the gaming station is the cherry on top.

Positive: What a find. A beautiful property, impeccably clean and excellent facilities. The best property we have ever rented in the UK. The kitchen was just superb, so well equipped, a joy to cook in! Bedrooms all very comfortable, the bathrooms were all lovely and everywhere was so clean. We cannot find any faults with the property and highly recommend it. Communication from the host Mark was also excellent. So informative and on hand to answer any questions, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cannot wait to book again!

Positive: The house was so homely and clean and the location was great. It was a 5 minute walk to the local Coop and nice park area for dogs. Windsor town was only a 10 minute work which was brilliant for us. The games room was a great touch with the arcade machine, great for a family night playing games and watching movies. Mark was so accommodating from when we first booked to the day we left. We loved the open plan kitchen which had everything you needed. Loved the nice little touches around the house to make you feel ant home. Amazing house, garden, location and host. Parking was no issues and got a space right outside the house. The garden is a great size and our pooch loved it. We will definitely be coming back to stay. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Positive: The home is situated in a lovely street in a fantastic location a very short walk from Windsor's main attractions. The home was exceptionally clean and very well finished throughout with every comfort we could have needed. The linens and towels are brand new and our stay was very comfortable indeed. Do not even consider staying in a hotel or other property, this is fantastic, comfortable and warm home and it has it all! We found the property had everything we needed and our stay was excellent, but by far the best thing was Mark, the truly fantastic host who went to any length to make sure our stay was perfect, he responded immediately and genuinely wanted to make sure our stay was perfect providing helpful insights into the local amenities and brilliant videos explaining everything about how to operate locks, central heating, appliances and more. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
