Summary: The pool deck at this house is huge and a fine way to spend lazy days on the island. The house itself is nice with top quality appliances and a good layout. The house had some cleanliness issues on arrival but the owner was communicative and extremely helpful, and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Overall a nice house in a great location steps away from the pier and activities.

Summary: I couldnt be happier with my stay at this property. The property looks EXACTLY like the pictures. The house is completely renovated and everything is clean. The location can not be beat. Its SO close to the main harbor, restaurants, stores, but further enough to not be in the chaos. Its also such a quick walk to the beach. The sonos sound system within the house was pristine. The heated pool and covered hottub area were the highlights. The rooms were spacious and all the furnishing comfortable and new. Check in and out was extremely easy. The owner (Bryan) was SO communicative and always responded to my questions within minutes and always checked in to see how we were doing. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Summary: Staying here was amazing! The location was great. Really central without being too crazy loud. Very easy to get to the beach. Walking in, we all gasped. The pool and deck are beautiful and the perfect place to hang out. Lots of places to sleep and Bryan was super communicative and kind. We'd deff rent again!

Summary: The stay was lovely from start to finish! Check-in was smooth and the amenities (including the hot tub and heated pool) were wonderful. The location was perfect--the walk to the Pines Pantry is less than 5 minutes. When we had a small hiccup with the heated pool, Bryan responded immediately and we were able get the heater working within minutes. Highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be looking to stay here again next summer!

Summary: This vacation rental was in the perfect location and a great amount of space for a 6-8 person friend group looking to enjoy fire island pines. Super close to the center of the pines and amazing pool front area and hot tub. Absolutely love this house! Very clean upon arrival and very accommodating before our check-in!

Summary: Renting a home in Fire Island Pines during the high season can be a substantial investment, typically requiring a min 7 day stay. So the fact that Bryan allowed a late season rental of the property for just a long weekend was greatly appreciated. The property was as advertised and Bryan was very response to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. All guests enjoyed the get away! The only negative comment made by others in my group were that the property was beginning to look a little tired and worn. I attributed this to the fact that our stay was at the end of a long season of use. Some repairs, organization, and deep cleaning before next season is probably needed. I would recommend the property and believe anyone who stays there would enjoy their visit.

Summary: Our group had an amazing week staying at this property! The location is incredibly convenient to the harbor and the beach and the accommodations are as advertised. The host was super responsive throughout the week which helped us to figure out a few minor issues early -- namely that the dishwasher was on its last leg (which the host will be replacing when he returns to the property). Please note that the pool here does not have steps (only a step ladder), and the hot tub needs an entire night to heat up if its temperature falls. But that all doesn't diminish the fact that the set up of the property's entire pool deck is wonderful and a definite highlight, especially with the lights on at night.
