Positive: 4 level concept was good.
Negative: Damage to the beds, curtain rods barely handing on, one was never replaced. Comforters in most beds was very thin, towels are TERRBILE. I have kitchen towels with better quality. Towel count was very minimal with 12 people staying. No heat in the bottom room make this a very cold room to stay in. Neighborhood seemed very very sketchy with houses with bars on the windows. We were very concerned about the area.
Summary: The property seemed very nice, details like curtains, towels & bedding makes a huge difference.

Positive: The view was amazing!! Door code didn’t work right away but the staff messaged/called back right away and got us in with no problems.
Negative: Tv in garage was broken. Couple minor fixings could have been fixed. But that didn’t affect our stay at all.

Positive: I think it was good for our group. When telling the owner about problems that happened, they were quick to fix it.
Negative: Had a lot of trash present throughout the property when we arrived. Construction was everywhere around us. Codes didn’t work so I had to call. Honestly was a little worried it wasn’t cleaned properly especially when it came to bedding.
Summary: Worked for the two nights but a little disappointed when it came to photos and seeing it in person.

Positive: Everything was great, the bedrooms were comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, but it could have had a little more cleaning done under the couch. The showers were THE BEST! It was very comfortable for me and my family.
Negative: There could have been a little more cleaning done under the couch. When moving the couch so we could have more room in the living room area, it was very dirty. Also, parking sucks, I wish that there were better parking options. We had two cars & parking one on the street was complicated because the other guests near us would park multiple cars in front of our unit.
Summary: It was a really good Stay and I would DEF stay again!
