East Village is a vibrant area where hip eateries, indie music venues, galleries, and clothing stores fill converted warehouses. Landmarks include the Calgary Central Library and Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre, with displays of vintage instruments and memorabilia. The RiverWalk path follows the Bow River and revitalized St. Patrick’s Island has wooded trails, wetlands, and a fishing cove. There is also access to convenience stores and a big supermarket within walking distance.
This is a very walkable part of Calgary at all times of the year. C-Train is at a 5-minute walking distance and there are several bus stops around the block depending on where would you like to go. You can walk all the important places around downtown without the need for public transportation.
Other options include bicycle rental and e-Scooters (only during certain months of the year) and car-sharing services.
Please Note: If you are looking for a place to party, excessive drinking, or loud music, this unit is NOT the right one for you. Your neighbors will report to the 24hr on-site security and you are subject to fines from the condo board due to excessive noise, smoking, etc.
Please ensure you communicate with your Host or Co-Host if you are planning to check in after normal hours to ensure a smooth & coordinated check-in process as our regular check-in times are from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (after-hour check-ins are subject to an additional $30 fee).

- STRICTLY NO SMOKING. This includes cannabis. If any illegal drugs are used on-premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. **Smoking inside the unit: $100 fine
- Only registered guests can stay in the property overnight and NO PETS ALLOWED **Pets penalty: $250 fine
- Turn off lights when not in use. Please be mindful of not putting hot things on the kitchen countertop without protection and do not use any chemicals to clean the stove (soap and water only).
- Please use caution with the amount of toilet paper used when flushing the toilets to avoid clogs/blockages. Refrain from disposing of tissues or sanitary products in the toilet. Use the garbage bins provided.
- Please dispose of all trash in the trash area at the lobby area and follow the guidelines for recycling.
- When accessing or leaving the building through the lobby door or parkade do not hold the door for strangers to access, if you notice someone accessing the building without their own key or without being buzzed up please report immediately to the concierge desk.
- PLEASE RESPECT THAT THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. You are renting somebody's home amongst a community of other residents who live here. Be aware of the noise you are making and respect your neighbors who live here.
Please respect the furniture and belongings and leave everything in the condition you found it.
- Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. Absolute quiet time 10 pm - 8 am
**Late check out: $50/hr after 11 am on check out day
