Summary: Decent building in a horrible location. A lot of aimless wanderers walking around, eating discarded food off of the sidewalk. The apartment was clean, but the building itself had a lot of broken amenities. For example the roof top deck had large tiles that were not affixed to the ground and turf flooring that was flexible and felt like we were going to fall through the floor. The parking garage was very secure, however spots were too small for my mid-size SUV. Overall a decent place, but not worth the cost and the amenities are not as described or pictures.

Summary: Quiet location. Very clean and tidy apartment with blackout curtains, a huge closet, and a well-stocked kitchen. Easy to get in and out of the building. Very clear instructions from host. Good gym in the building with 3 treadmills, an elliptical, a stationary bike, weight equipment.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Yale / New Haven. Everything was walkable, the property was great - our teenagers played pool for hours and we used the big screen downstairs to stream movies. Loved it!
